I been coming here for the last 3 years and they always do my hair so nicely. They are gentle handling your hair and they do an amazing job every time I go. Not to mention I drive from Baltimore to come to them. The staff is friendly and polite to all. Thank you all for making me look and feel beautiful.

Have given this establishment at least three (3) tries. Each time has been nothing but a disappointment! Each time I’ve taken my daughter to have her hair braided we’ve always shown up on time. Today was the last time, I refuse to EVER go back! The owner overbooks & had us sitting in the salon for 30 mins before my daughter was told to sit in the chair. After sitting down at 11:30 for an 11:00am appointment, it took the owner 45 minutes to do 2 braids. My daughter told her what size braid she wanted & it took 6 hours to do basic knotless braids, which take every other braider 4 hrs. $200 and 6 hrs later!I will NEVER again! The problem is they treat us any kind of way & we continue to patronize their establishment(s). Leaving bad reviews helps, but in order for us get better service we have to hit them where it counts…the POCKET!

do not go to this place wife took my youngest their to get her hair braided they pretend to be nice and give you a regular price then when there done they completely change the price. to make thing worse when ever the try to do underhanded things they would talk in there language so noone can understand them. Poor customer service, they try to force what they what to do.Service: Braids

I had a good experience at the shop I got micro braids done there twice and they were flawless. They are a bit pricey cost $245 including the hair and they were medium micros. My only negative it took forever to get my braids done because the girl braiding my hair was super slow.

Didn’t finish clients hair properly they let her walk out with white stuff in her hair and when she asked about it they acted as if it was ok to send a client out like that because of how we saw this business treat their client my husband and I won’t be returning and we will spread the word of how awful this business is ran.Service: Braids

First of all they were late for my appointment. Then they had me buy the wrong type of hair for what I wanted. I asked for large knotless twist, even showed a picture and left it up on my phone so they could reference it and they still gave me knots on top of my twist. When I told the owner (who was one of the people doing my hair) that I wanted knotless, she responded by saying I didnt tell her. Um yes I did... I told the lady that I made the appointment with and I showed the owner the pic of what I wanted and it was knotless so that's common sense....My parts are not straight and the twist aren't neat....just a waste of $218 dollars. I will never patronize them again and will tell all my people.

I had an emergency appointment and paid 180 for some regular medium box braids. One lady stated the back, did about two poorly braided rows then she dipped, I waited 30 mins until they started again.. I was there for 5 hours.. that’s with two ppl working on my head. I have pieces of hair they left out, braids slipping out in the back ( not surprised) I had to ask them to cut the pieces that were sticking out and they did a poor job at that. I am appreciative of their time and squeezing me in but that price was ridiculous for the quality of work.

They're good. Granted they are the only place I've been to get my hair worked on, but I like them.

Only attended this location a few times which I thought it would be different each time. Hair braiding took several hours to complete each visit with more than one person doing my hair. Once completed after 7 Hours and paying $200 few days later my twist became to unravel from the middle to the back. Also my ends where curled uneven and only looks right with a ponytail or a pin up. ? however great customer service and professional stylers.
