My husband and I went to Zales today to get me a new anniversary ring worth about $3,000 and a birthday present for our daughter. I also brought with me a necklace that got tangled up, so I asked them to please send it to the jeweler to get it fixed. Well, instead of doing that, the girl gave it to another person to do it, but he couldn't do it either. I also caught her talking about me to the other person even the guy notice that I caught her talking about me to him. Not just that, she also didn't show interest in showing me anything in the store. Her hair was on her face and she was not talking at all (the other employee was the same way). I went outside to call the manager from the Zales where I usually get my jewelry from, and she told me to go back inside and tell them to please send my necklace to the jewler. Well, when went back inside it was not pleasant. At this point I asked for my necklace back and told them that I was taking it to a different store. While waiting for my daughter and husband to go to the lego store I waited outside and I could see people going in and out of the store, without a care in the world. The employees have 0 motivation to sell. It's a completely different story with Zales in San Clemente, CA the manager. Angelica and her assistant, Busha, were amazing; always talking to people in a very friendly and way going above and beyond for us clients. Here? Zero. I'll never go back to the Zales in the Springfield Mall.

I went to this store to get all my fingers sized for rings after I had gained weight. Christine greeted my boyfriend and me at the door. She was so welcoming and warm, it felt like we were already friends! She invited us to sit down and get comfortable while she brought a piece of pink (my favorite color!) paper. She had me trace my hands and then, using the metal rings, measure and write down my sizes for all ten fingers. We chatted about Mother’s Day. It was such a nice experience! She also gave us a tip that sales usually occur on weekends, especially on holiday weekends. Good to know! Now I have all ten fingers’ ring sizes and a happy smile on my face. If everyone were like Christine, the world would be a better place :3

Stayed 50 mins for a sales rep to attend us… a jewelry shop shouldn’t have 1-2 guys running a store… its pathetically slow service. Either hire more people or close down or stop selling diamond jewelry.

Caleb does a fantastic job of giving our jewelry great attention to detail! We have been bringing our pieces in for a couple of years now ever since we made the purchase there. Before he was there it would take about 30 seconds for the inspections & cleanings to be done every 6 months. We always thought that CANNOT be thorough.

I sent my wedding band in for rhodium repair. Less than a week after getting my band back, a diamond fell out. So I sent the band in for repair again. It only took a month from receiving my band for the SAME diamond to fall out again.I've been married less than five months and have needed to send my ring in for repair three times. If you're looking for quality control, don't look to Zales.
