“This is the best Talbot outlet store. I never walk out empty handed except for this last visit. Their inventory is very low. Only summer shoes, no coats, very little to offer at this time. I'll try again in a couple of months
Stopped today 4/25/22 and was so disappointed. Prices are much higher. I found better buys at the Talbott company store. Merchandise is outdated and shoes are basically gone. Buy three and get 60% off but the prices are very high so it's not a true sale. Guess I won't be back. Nice while it lasted

“This store is always clean and pretty organized compared to fair oaks location. I was looking for a last minute dress and Naiya really helped me out! Thank you so much ☺️Update: the dress I purchased -the strap to hold it up- literally ripped the day of my event ??? I had only tried it on once and it looked okay when I purchased it. This dress cost me $129 & some change. Loved the look but not happy with the strap quality and panicking the day of my event. ☹️”

“Rubina Aunty is one of the best tailors in Virginia! I had taken my wedding outfits to so many tailors in NJ and they all got messed up. After going to her, she fixed everything perfectly in less than a week and even did same day alterations for some things. Cant recommend her enough!”

“Great clothes and customer service. Lady manager always helps me out with finding jeans and doing exchanges, overall nice patient people. Been shopping here for awhile now since closer than Tysons and not so packed, only complaint is that their music never seems to change, I’m sure the workers have gone insane or on their way. Like someone mentioned before, no Christmas music during holidays was a bit sad.”
“I had a great experience. I came in just before closing on a weekday to exchange something that was damaged. I asked questions and for help finding sizes and the cashier was responsive and helped go through back stock to look. I asked to try on some items and wasn’t rushed or reminded of the time. I ended up adding extra items to my exchange and then asked if the carried size 15 in Jordan’s at the register. The manager (Mikaela) didn’t just answer yes or no but actually remembered she had seen a size 15 in the latest drop and went back there to grab it. Keep in mind it already after 9pm. I asked to the same question at another dtlr location and the cashier just said “sometimes” and that was that. I tried on the shoes and bought them and really appreciated the effort. I only came for an exchange and left with two huge bags and a smile on my face. Customer service matters.”

“I’ve read some of these reviews and have a hard time believing there isn’t more to the story behind the bad ones. I love this H&M location because it’s soooo organized and the customer service is excellent! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, they were able to quickly locate an item for me that I saw on the website.
Having worked retail in the past I know lines can be an issue for any store but I don’t know how people expect a store to stay clean (which this one always is when I’ve been in) if every worker is at the register.”
