I like this Giant and was disappointed to find they pulled a fast one on Super Bowl Sunday 2/12/23The deli had 8 pieces of dark meat chicken for about $7 They also had spicy and mild wing trays at $14Imagine my surprise to see that the "wings" had no flats AND SOME OF THE PIECES WERE DARK MEAT- THIGHS cut into small pieces to resemble wings. Shame on Giant!

This Giant is a good location. They offer many good selection of products for produce, meats, dairy, and bakery. The sections are organized and the employees keep the establishment clean and orderly. I can easily find what I am looking for without trouble. Prices aren't bad and they have many sales. The employees are polite and helpful. The customer service is also satisfactory. I would recommend this Giant location to anyone needing to go get groceries.

This used to be a great store but I have had a lot of bad experiences lately. The deli - I can't stand even going there anymore. Wait staff won't look up at you, then take FOREVER to get your meat and cheese. They only focus on putting the pre-packaged meats together, you know - the ones that they tape up so much that the package rips and falls apart at home. There was the meat stocker that showed anger when I got near him trying to shop. The big kid body blocking customers from getting into the self checkout, the rude woman working self checkout, the guy who nearly ripped the "shopper in training" child cart from my kids hands because his job is apparently managing carts, shall I go on?

This is my preferred Giant in the area. It's clean, well-lit, and has the friendliest staff of any Giant I have previously visited-particularly the younger workers in the self-checkout. The setup is logical and I have always found the brands and items I need. They have a really nice bakery selection too. The produce has always seemed really fresh. Tte wine/beer selection is good for grocery stores in the area. I'll continue to frequent this location as long as I'm in the area.

Just spent over $200.00 on groceries, and the shift manager (evening of 6/10/2021) decided to relieve our cashier and send her over to the self checkout. Meanwhile the jerktard replacement cashier, rather than helping us bag our own Groceries, immediately starts checking out the customer behind, and eye-balling us, as if to encourage us bag faster and mixing that customer's items with our. You know the cashier I am talking, the little filipino one with the BS attitude. Your welcome for paying your FING salary, and for supplementing your job. When did giant turn into white-trash Aldi??

Two times people I know have been subject to racial profiling in this store. Who hired this people? What's wrong with them?

I usually don't review grocery stores but after seeing negative reviews I felt I needed to. All of the staff here are always kind and courteous. Once when I got home to find out some meat smelt funny We brought it back and received a full refund plus a discount on the new meat. The store is always clean and well stocked.

0 if I could. Never shopping at this location again. One of the employees was chatting it up with her coworker at the self checkout. I realized I needed some change for my items so I was going to run to my car to grab a few coins and had clearly left my screen on the payment page as well as all my items still at the pay station. The attendant yelled at me across the self checkout area and asked to see what was in my pocket and hands. I explained I was just getting change and she cut me off to say I was stealing. Once she realized she had been mistaken she said "ok go". I asked her for her name and called the store from my car after going to a different grocery store. This incident was a while ago but be careful here. If you love being profiled and yelled at across a store though this is definitely the grocery store for you!

Not that anyone will care there. I went in to do my weekly shopping, as I have for the last several years. They have covered up the card readers with so much plastic that often the plastic creates a problem with the reader. The machine kept cancelling the transaction, even when the girl at the register did it herself she saw the machine cancelled the card. The rudeness I was treated to did not help the frustration, the disrespect of her in front of other customers add to my already growing frustrations. Instead of calling a manger to assist, she told me either I had no money or the problem was with my card. I had just used the card earlier so I was sure it was not my card. This is not customer service, this was customer abuse. I finally gave up and walked out. I will not set foot back in that giant, nor will most likely use giant again. You don't treat customers like that. By the way, according to my bank...the card was rejected by the machine so many times the bank called me to see if it had been stolen!

My friend and I were visiting the store to get some stuff. The store was stinking and we didn't like that a lot. We had to wait 4 minutes in the line as well.

If I could put less than one star U would. I've never done a yelp review let along a negative one, but this store has the worse management team you could possibly work with. The store is packed with favoritism from the store manager to his selective few people. They gang up against people they dislike and make their working experience a living hell. It doesn't look good to other employees or customers. Definitely the worse giant store in the area. No wonder it has low ratings.

Why when you are scanning your own groceries, you feels like they care watching you! I like how I can go around and scan items before putting them on my cart. I don't shop too much at Giant. But when I do I find what I'm looking for.

I have gone to this grocery store often for the last year now and I can honestly say I've never had a good experience here. All of the cashiers are lazy and rude. When you ask for help or not to put the bananas at the bottom of the bag or for paper instead of plastic (sorry I care about the earth!) I get an eye roll and super slow reaction. When I thank them, they say nothing. They actually don't talk to you at all. I'm done coming to this grocery store.

They have all the standard stuff, plus a wide variety of Lara bars, Clif bars, frozen fruit, and almond milk. They are pretty good at having organic, unsweetened, or minimally-processed food options. What's with all the wine, though? Other Giants don't have nearly that much, so it must be driven by local demographics.

This is "the Giant of Giants." Wow this store used to be so stuck in the past, but after a lengthy renovation and expansion, they've come a long way. The Kings Park Giant is my favorite of the chain. If you can't find it here, they don't have it. In addition to a superior bakery, the floral choices for romantics is incredible, and they also sell a lot of small house necessities such as lightbulbs or even pet bird food. That's incredible. The amount of different selections in all departments, is beyond anything I've seen at the other Giant stores. Absolutely love how clean it is too. For once lines move. They have a lot of cashiers on duty, and also self service kiosks. I love the wide aisles, although shop here on a weekday if you can. As expected weekends are the busy time. All of the fruits and vegetables are fresh, and there are quite a few employees on duty ready to help you out. Obviously you can save money at discount grocery stores, but you can do well here if you shop in an intelligent manner.
