ive gone to this walgreens a few times and have always had a pleasant experience with the cashiers. they were friendly and helpful. my horrible experience came from, i assume, the manager. i tried to return an item, and the cashier wasn't able to do it so she asked the manager (?) for assistance. immediately, she had a horrible attitude and tried to yell at me about the receipt, even though when i bought the item, all i got was a printed paper with the item i bought and it's info, along with a barcode, as well as an email with the info. she tried to accuse about not knowing what a receipt was, even though all her store provided me physically was that piece of paper. i eventually got store credit, which i do not mind, however, her negative, snappy, and rude attitude towards customers was unnecessary and unprofessional. there was no reason for her to react the way that she did. she should take notes from her employees, because they do a much better job with customers.
