Update: I took the time to note across every intake document that my daughter has a cheese allergy. I verbally relayed the message on her first day as well.today picking up my daughter, she was abnormally upset, crying, nonverbal, & lethargic. Her teacher advised she became upset from seeing parents pick up their children, insinuating that her mood was due to missing me. However she did not show signs of being excited to see me upon arrival.10 minutes into our 40 min Drive home, she vomits profusely. I checked her meals for today (and confirmed with the KC site)- they had a new teacher in the room today who had given my daughter cheese.More time & attention must be taken to ensure vital information like this is relayed to the entire staff at KinderCare. I understand my daughter is a new student, and teachers will never “know” her as well as me, however her cries while in KC’s care this afternoon were going unattended to and passed off as homesick when in actuality it was legitimate sickness. Thankfully I am not experiencing a more serious harm that could have come with ignoring her dietary restrictions.Original 5 star review: Although it is only her third day, I wanted to thank you all for providing a wonderful experience for my daughter. Yesterday she was sad to leave when I picked her up. That speaks volumes to the environment and puts me at ease as I begin transitioning back to work.

So far so good. My little daughter seems very excited when we ask her if she likes daycare, and I haven't seen any weird behavior issues after we pick her up. The teachers seem very nice and caring towards all the children. All the kids their seem happy when I get my kid. After reviewing multiple different day care centers, this place gave us piece of mind that our child will be in good hands. Also, it was recommended by our neighbor and some other parents in my neighborhood.

My child has attended West Springfield KinderCare since the age of 20 months and is now enrolled in the Pre-K class. The structure of the curriculum is engaging and I couldn’t have asked for a better staff these past 3+ years. I strongly believe my child will be very prepared for Kindergarten.

Our daughter has been with the West Springfield KinderCare since December 2020 and she has flourished both in academics and general skillsets! Her teachers have been incredible in both their curriculum and care for her and her friends. They are incredibly attentive and adaptable to fit classroom needs, and our daughter has formed amazing friendships that will continue as she transitions to kindergarten next year!We are thankful for the teachers and front house staff of Ms. Tondie and Ms. Bibi. All are amazing, and we are looking forward to our son also joining the center at 16months :)

We've been with Kindercare since January 2021 and both of my sons have really enjoyed their time there. Both kids always felt loved and cared for and we feel it is a great daycare/school where our kids can learn and socialize with their peers. Our experience over this time period has been great, the teachers have been awesome, and the curriculum has has really helped our kids grow.

My kids have been at this KinderCare since 01/2021, and we are so happy we found this center. My five year old was completely prepared for Kindergarten when he started this year, thanks to the great teachers at this school. My two year old is still here, and also doing great. I have no doubt they will prepare him for Kindergarten as well. While there is some teacher turnover here, as I believe there is in most of childcare right now, I have liked every teacher that was hired. The center handles turnover situations really well, and at least from the parent perspective, they do not seem to miss a beat during the transition. Ms. Tondie and Ms. Bibi are always available to answer questions as the center management, and always greet us in the mornings and afternoons. Would absolutely recommend this center to others with young kids.

My daughter is in the Preschool II class and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Every day she learns more and more while having fun at the same time. She plays inside and outside, does art projects, has reading time, and so many other activities. Her teachers take the time to work with her on her development, and they keep us informed of her progress every step of the way. I keep my phone by me throughout the day so I can see updates via the KinderCare app, and I LOVE the pictures, videos, and details on her meals. Each day while driving home from the center, I talk to my daughter about the activities I saw on the app. It is tough for me to have my children in daycare, but this particular center prioritizes open communication and transparency -- both of which make me more comfortable. Mr. Kenny and Ms. Bibi speak to us at the door each dropoff/pickup and provide updates. They also always welcome my daughter with a smile, hug, or a high five. Finally, during the Covid-19 pandemic and an eventful winter this year, Mr. Kenny has written numerous messages to the families to ensure we understand the status and conditions at the center at all times. Thank you, Kindercare!

We love West Springfield KinderCare. They are excellent in all things - proactive communication with parents, frequent updates on our toddler specifically via the KinderCare app (personalized pictures, not just group photos), and most importantly have the most amazing staff and teachers. We can feel our toddler's excitement when she comes home from daycare telling us about all the activities she's done. It's very clear that West Springfield is passionate about taking care of our children, and we felt comfortable coming here since day 1.Also, the huge playground is a plus.

Wonderful school with caring and professional staff! I could not be happier with our choice. The school is clean and the teachers / curriculum emphasize character, emotional intelligence, and academics so that the children get a well-rounded education to prepare them for elementary school and beyond. My daughter recently started here following an exhaustive search of area schools. Mr. Kenny and Ms. Bibi were very patient and answered all of my questions about the school, its educational programs, character building, and safety. My little one has been having an AMAZING time making new friends, learning, doing crafts, making smoothies, dancing, practicing her letters and numbers, learning good manners, and more. She just can't wait to tell me about her day and she always comes out of the school with a huge smile, bouncing with joy. Also, the KinderCare app is phenomenal! It really helps parents feel connected, especially in covid times, to everything happening at the school.

Our daughter joined the pre-school class in October of 2020 and we have been very pleased with the education that she's received, how safe we feel she is there and how communicative the teachers are.Everyday our daughter is greeted by either Mr Kenny or Ms Bibi and brought into school. Throughout the day we get updates on the KinderCare app as to what she's learning, then get to hear all about it from her when we pick her up in the afternoon.Whenever we've had questions, we've been able to ask Mr Kenny or Ms Bibi when we drop off/pickup, or if it's during the day, they are very responsive when we send messages in via the app.Would highly recommend!

Love this daycare!! The director and all the teachers genuinely care and are excited to see the kids each day. My children have learned so much since starting here and they bring home crafts everyday. I am very pleased with the level of play mixed with education and learning they receive. I highly recommend and cannot say enough positive things about this school!

My daughter in in the Pre K class and is thriving in their care. Each child is welcomed by the director/assistant director every morning. The educators are caring and professional.Communication is excellent overall. You are able to see pictures and details of meals/toileting times on their app throughout the day. A well run centre.

We have had two children in this center since July 2020. They love their teachers and the staff is very responsive with pictures throughout the day, and class parties/birthdays. Covid procedures are followed by staff (masking over the age of 3/no parents inside the building) and the communication is always prompt and informative. I've noticed a huge improvement in my children's learning and engagement since starting at kindercare. This center will 1000% prepare your kids for kindergarten

Okay, I felt compelled to add an edit...Today my son woke up early, got ready and then repeatedly asked for one of us parents to (also get ready and) drop him to daycare! Hahaha. He's always liked daycare but this place is something else! He is hooked. Also, he trusts the daycare Director (Mr. Kenny) in the most endearing way and treats him as a confidante. Everyone at the center works HARD and it's not lost on the kids. I feel so fortunate to have our son go here.--------------------------Our son is in the pre-k classroom and has been happy since day 1. Within a few weeks of joining, however, as might be expected from pre-schoolers, we had an incident that needed to be resolved. We were very impressed to have things addressed with utmost professionalism. This speaks volumes of the management practices and values. Since the quality of childcare is highly dependent on center staff, I'll name our daycare heroes: Mr. Kenny, Ms. Bibi, Ms. Saher and Ms. Adante. So far, we've had a few different daycare experiences, all accredited centers: a University-affiliated non-profit (in a different state), a not-so-bright horizon, a highly STEM-centric non-profit and now, the WS Kindercare close to where we currently live. Our top picks are this WS Kindercare and the University-affiliated one, in that order. It's one thing to prepare children for the academic part of life. If you're pickier about emotional intelligence, you'll be looking for a place where your little one feels secure and loved, thus blossoming into their own by developing social-emotional skills, exploring their personality and building self-confidence. WS Kindercare has definitely done this for our little one; I can hear it in the stories my child narrates and see it through the pictures/ videos shared by teachers DAILY. Yes, the kid is ready for kindergarten in the Fall, but not only because of counting and reading. I mean the kid is REALLY ready. The center Director, Mr. Kenny, is always around. He might be the first daycare Director I've met who connects effortlessly with both parents and kids.I'll second another recent reviewer on covid-related safety practices being well implemented.Learning moment: it's hard to write an objective, unemotional review about a daycare center you love! I gave it my best shot.
