Visited to withdraw money from the counter. After meeting the teller, went to the car. They withdrew more money than I have asked for and gave only the money I have asked. They took the difference and told me it is my fault for leaving without checking. Yes it is partial my fault but why did they withdrew more than what I have asked for? Shouldn't they give me my money back? Corporate should check their camera often. Maybe that is why Wells Fargo as whole is going down. Hiring bad employees and not checking on them.

Walked in yesterday to withdrawal money from my savings account. Upon entering, no greeting. No hello, no smile, not a warm welcoming atmosphere like it used to be. A middle aged white woman who looked extremely stressed out and in a bad mood handled my bank transaction. She just looked like she didn't wanted to be there. She wasn't necessarily rude but was curt. I can sense the strange feelings permeating through the air. Something didn't seem right. Felt more of a nuisance than a customer. Won't be back here again. If ATM machine allowed withdrawal of money from savings account, I wouldn't have even went inside the bank. Normally employees here are friendly. Not professional at all. Normally they send me survey to my email about how their customer service was. This time they did not send me such survey so I assume she knows she didn't give out warm welcoming experience.

Person I interacted with at the branch was nice enough, however, upon trying to close my account and withdraw a cashier's check in hand, I was told this couldn't be done until pending transactions finalized and I would have to come in once they did. 12 hours later wake up to my account being closed and emptied, with a very large sum of money now being stuck in the mail for 10-13 business days with absolutely nothing that can be done and no way of me accessing my funds - even though bank acknowledged they are at fault. Frustrated with this bank is an understatement.

Their customer service is horrible. I wanted to open a checking account and the experience was awful. They do not take ownership for their mistakes. Horrible. I will never do business with them.

This branch used to be great, now all of a sudden they want to turn you away for trying to deposit cash into your account and say they can’t take it because of money laundering reasons? Really if I was going to money launder it wouldn’t be at a bank!They also gave one of my employees a hard time when he went to cash his paycheck.They told him I needed to go to the bank and cash it for him. Luckily I was in the area and able to go to the branch and get him his money.I made a formal complaint with WF corporate and today they tell me “We can confirm that the decision made in your case was based on business procedures and not any personal trait or characteristic.”WF would benefit from cultural sensitivity training.

Customer service is zero! My elderly relative was dismissed and treated poorly by a male employee in one of the offices at this branch! Don't bother calling they don't answer their phone either. A simple question requires an appointment.

worst bank and worst customer service, the lady at the teller made me fill out 2 checks just to tell me she cant give me my money she wanted my HANDICAP grandma to walk inside to get the money, clearly the whole staff needs to be retrained and she looked unprofessional from the start, i dont think a nose ring should be worn while dealing with business. this is why i REFUSE to ever have wells fargo after they stole money from me and i WILL be switching my grandmas bank to a bank that has a staff that is great with hospitality since wells fargo especially this location fails to meet that
