Automated system is not user friendly. Does not route you to a human in timely manner and it asks multiple unrelated questions. Very aggravating, enough so that I am considering closing my accounts.

Their customer service is horrible. I wanted to open a checking account and the experience was awful. They do not take ownership for their mistakes. Horrible. I will never do business with them.

Customer service is zero! My elderly relative was dismissed and treated poorly by a male employee in one of the offices at this branch! Don't bother calling they don't answer their phone either. A simple question requires an appointment.
