Absolutely pathetic. Every time I interact with wells Fargo it makes me want to move my commercial account to another bank even more. This time I've discovered that in the year 2023 they do not offer one of the most basic banking features of an instant debit card onsite. Some things can't wait 3-5 business days, and in most things I can send/receive money in seconds. So why does it take 3-5 business days to get a debit card from Wells Fargo?

Very rarely need to go into a bank these days. Simple transaction that had to be witnessed, handled in an efficient manner.

Racist teller gave my wife a very had time when she went in to cash my check. 15 minutes of back and forth saying the signature did not match, until another teller stepped in and verified the check and signature.

What a fantastic branch. I needed to cash a “bunch” of savings bonds. They had one teller and could have sent me packing. They didn’t, instead they cashed as many as time permitted and then the branch manager called another branch who had more capacity. She scheduled a time for me at this bank and I was able to complete all my transactions. I can’t imagine better customer service than this. This team is awesome!

This branch is amazing. They were able to help me notarize a document while another branch didn't have the know-how or staff to help me. The associated Ethel is knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend!

I had an appointment with Miss Sopa York earlier today and I couldn’t be more grateful for her professionalism. I called the bank and she immediately scheduled and appointment with me. Very knowledgeable, cares deeply for those she helps, and pays great attention to her work. I appreciate her efforts and she effectively helped me sort out what needed sorting. Thank you very much. The Wells Fargo Bank branch at Old Keene Mill Road and Rolling Road in West Springfield is a good one. The drive-through moves quickly and the tellers are friendly. As a Wells Fargo customer I've used the inside notary and Medallion Seal services. The branch stocks Euros and UK Pounds in foreign currency for exchange services. Other currencies are available for a fee and must be ordered in advance. Downsides: The ATM sometimes runs out of money after a long weekend. The corner location makes the bank difficult to reach and then exit and return from the same direction.

Making a run to the bank isn't normally an enjoyable experience, but every staff member at the branch that has ever served me has been so genuinely kind and helpful. Makes what is usually a chore a very pleasant experience.

Wells (Worth Less) Fargo, After a number of significant, rather epic, fails on the part of this Well Fargo office, I find myself in a position where I have no reasonable choice but to end a previously good relationship with the bank. This relationship existed for well over 15 years and across multiple states. I have attempted multiple times to transfer funds via "bill pay" to pay out a trust balance. The system does apparently not allow that. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called tech support and they were unable to correct the situation. Today I went to my nearest WF Bank. The clerk displayed ineptitude, or maybe just laziness, and stated she was not able to help me. The person I was speaking with said "I don't understand what the system is doing and don't know how to fix it." Then she told me to go home and call their 800 number. All this over a "little" $20,000 transaction, and, forget the fact that I have, as she saw and noted, another $50k in other accounts with them. Grrr, Well enough said. I give up on you Wells Fargo. All my accounts with you will be closed as soon as possible. Good bye.
