Our banker opening our account was fantastic and did his job superbly. Unfortunately another employee (lady) stormed in and rudely interrupted our conversation. She put him in the spot in front of us regarding an issue and I thought it was extremely unprofessional. She could have waited for us to leave to bring up her concerns.

Just want to thank Zamir Saiyed for his help, guidance and assistance with my banking needs. Zamir goes out of his way to advocate for me with my finances and investments. I highly recommend working with Zamir for your banking needs. He is very client oriented and attentive to the needs of his clients.

Today I had the worse banking experience in my life. Manager Jackie denied me service of cashing a check through the drive through even though I explained that I’m handicapped and i didn’t have my wheelchair at the moment and she replied to me that for being a non account holder I needed to come in, I also proceeded to explain that i came to this branch four days prior and the drive through service was not denied, even though they didn’t know at that time that I’m handicapped. I feel very discriminated and I find well fargos staff very unprofessional on how they handled my situation. I have been diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome, a very excruciating and painful syndrome. The inability to accommodate. Is key.I will definitely not be coming to this branch and I will not recommend it to anybody.

Very upset that my husband was turned away while making a cash deposit on a saving account for minor that is not in his name. Unsure if their personal policy but Wells Fargo corporate assured me that it was something that could be done.

Always give bad service since day1 until now. The service have never changed. The problem is don't have enough employees and all employees don't want to take customers. So,,,,, bad bank ever

They even don’t deserve the one star the worst staff ever , i made an appointment over the phone .. when i came they made wait 45 minutes and after all of that they told he is going to make another appointment .. and he called 3 different stores and he was telling i heard him telling the manger that he called 15 different stores and i wasted his time
