“I went to this store to get all my fingers sized for rings after I had gained weight. Christine greeted my boyfriend and me at the door. She was so welcoming and warm, it felt like we were already friends! She invited us to sit down and get comfortable while she brought a piece of pink (my favorite color!) paper. She had me trace my hands and then, using the metal rings, measure and write down my sizes for all ten fingers. We chatted about Mother’s Day. It was such a nice experience! She also gave us a tip that sales usually occur on weekends, especially on holiday weekends. Good to know! Now I have all ten fingers’ ring sizes and a happy smile on my face. If everyone were like Christine, the world would be a better place :3”

“I got two watches from a Bolivian street market in 2020, so they aren’t really expensive but they are special to me because I bought them on an international trip. Anyway, I took these watches in Secrète fine jewelry in DuPont circle because the batteries were out and the links needed adjusting to my wrist. I was greeted warmly and my issues were addressed timely by Ginevra. I thought I needed links removed, but actually my watch has a band that allows it to be adjusted without removing links. She showed me how to do that free of charge. She asked if I was a “collector” and Im like no but I am interested in starting a collection. Ginerva gives me the run down of Hamilton Watches and I think I have a new favorite brand. They are affordable but expensive enough to feel like a big gift to yourself. I have myself a new jeweler. Five stars for Secrète fine jewelry.”
“Came to this business because I had bought some antique watches and wanted an opinion on whether they were worth cleaning and fixing. The gentlemen there was very forthcoming and let me know what may be worth my while etc and didn't try to say that they would be worth fixing when they weren't, etc. I didn't end up getting any services done but I do appreciate his advice and time.”

AND they were handling another person too! Had two other jewelry shops tell me I would need to order a new, off brand watch band, but these guys had me walking out with my watch looking amazing and repaired w the same one!”
