Been here twice and will keep returning. No pressure to buy packages and I think the prices are very reasonable. They worked very hard to clean my extremely dirty vehicle this morning.

Tried calling ahead. No one answers the phone. I drove there to learn it was a 3 hour wait for inside and outside cleaning.
Seriously, answer the phone, or at least post the wait times to your recorded message or website. I can't believe the wasted gas and time this car wash is causing their potential customers.

I love wash fair. Biggest thing is I can buy a wash pass & wash all of my cars in 1 day rather than 1 pass per car. They've been here for years & the quality of the wash has always been great.

It is a convenient location if you don’t want a full service wash. I paid $5 for rim cleaning not manual rim cleaning. The guy uses a brush before the car enters the car wash. It is not worth the $5. I talked to the owner who said I should have paid for manual rim cleaning which is a double talk way of taking my $5 for nothing in return. I can’t post the photos of my rims after the cleaning but it wasn’t worth the $5…keep your money.
This is my response to the owners very lengthy response. I was not the person you are referring to in your response. I got the basic wash for $9 and $5.00 for rim cleaning per your employee. Idk about your prices but $5 is the amt I was charged for rim cleaning.

Wash Fair is fantastic. For some reason, it is incredibly hard to find a decent, simple car wash in the DMV area that doesn't require a membership or inside clean—but Wash Fair solved that problem! All I wanted was a car wash. That's what they did, for a decent price, and they did a great job. Bravo, Wash Fair.

They should have the track looked servicing car washes . My Rating could've of been a 5 star. As entering on the track of the car wash so they can spray down ,tge track of carwash was making this loud scrap noise that scraped underneath my car where they also heard noise as they were still saying to pull up. I could feel it underneath my foot. Car wash was ok to get pollen off. My Concerns now is taking my car to dealer to check on to see if theres damage that occurred from the scrapping noise that I even felt under my foot when the scapping occurred of going on track of car wash . Taking it mechanic service advisor to get a check at dealer. Hopefully I hope that loud scraping noise under my car is nothing severe of major damage to my wheel or axel. I pray that it just scraped paint. I will know the results and when they send me photos once I pick my car up from service advisor from dealer. Just hope my car is not damaged from what occurred the day of carwash.

First, it wouldn't be about other customer's cars that didn't experience what I experience. It was with my car that I had concerns and experienced of what happened that day and witnessed as your employees witnessed hearing noise when the my car was on the wheel tracks. I understand how companies that don't want to take accountability when an issue occurs with their services of private owned buisness. Not always but Companies try not to understand the customer's good faith of point of view or concerns .though you wasn't there to witness but the employees were. Just Take caution to have the wheel track checked out incase it happens to other customer's that didnt experience what I experience and witnessed
because it sure didn't roll gently on like roller skates. If there is damaged from underneath from scrapping .Definitely you will be notified from us .

Gets the job done. Reasonable pricing. My only “complaint” is that there is very little spacing between cars when entering the tunnel.
