This is a very busy pharmacy but I have had nothing but good experiences here compared to another chain that was horrible and wouldn’t even answer the phone. They were great at helping me get my prescriptions transferred. I’ve had help getting hard to find medications, explaining my options and I rarely have to wait more than a day to get the usual meds filled. I really feel for the employees because they are trying their best with the usual customers yelling at them due to insurance issues that have nothing to do with the pharmacist. They could use more help but that is the current state of all pharmacies. I’m happy I made the switch and won’t go anywhere else.

Pharmacy is great. Cashier for the store is occasionally lazy and uninterested to help. Recommend putting an online order instead. Cashier won’t help you find what you’re looking for. Will just say it’s not in stock if you can’t find it.

Aweful! I put all of my medications on autofill and after 6 months or so they stopped being filled. I went to my online Walgreens account and ordered both of my blood pressure medications and I received a confirmation that they would be filled by 3pm Monday.
I went back online Monday and it was like I never made the order. I called this morning (Tuesday) and the pharmacist said there was nothing on order and they are out of both of my prescriptions! Now they are telling me that I need to come by Wednesday after 3pm...
If you have any serious medical conditions or even if you don't like being inconvenienced, avoid this place.

We normally go to Lorton Walgreens which sent an emergency blood pressure medication, but they filled it incorrectly. When I approached the pharmacist Crystal with this issue she said “I can’t poof and make it happen”. We had been waiting for this emergency blood pressure medication since discharge from hospital yesterday and been calling about filing it since then. I felt how she handled the situation was very rude and was not empathetic. Looks like this already has poor customer reviews.

This location is FILTHY. The pharmacy staff is nice and that's the only reason I come here but the store is obviously poorly run. I took one pic but the whole store is like this.

This Walgreens is an immaculate, spacious and floors are kept conditioned and displayed appropriately during seasonal changes. The managers and staff are very professional, friendly and their store behaviors make your shopping experience wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with returns and pricing. Crystal the pharmacy manager is a gem. She goes beyond to assist you with all of your health needs. She makes herself available even during the busiest times. If you call Crystal she doesnt appear to be bothered or evasive. Her phone etiquette is admirable. She is very professional and accurate when it comes to filling prescriptions.The techs are wonderful always working diligently and the atmosphere that is created in the pharmacy shows the upmost respect to hippa and the security of your personal info. The techs become familiar with their pharmacy customers and address their customers respectfully. This pharmacy does get very busy but the lines are quickly attended to and never ignored, to navigate thru the day. Crystal is well appreciated for the dedication that she displays on a daily basis. She is definitely trusted for her integrity that she displays on a daily basis. The alternate pharmacists are also kind and professional. The most important thing is Crystal RPH nor the techs judge you they treat every person the same with. Dignity and respect and that's very hard to find.

I walking to the store in Springfield today, try get my son’s prescription. And I saw a coupon on the counter. I try read what’s the coupon for? And a Spanish lady running to me, yelling to me. She is working there, she not allow me grab the coupon. Anyway I’m not interested the coupon. After I picked up my prescription. I saw her took all book coupons . So worker allow get store coupon? Not for customer ?

The woman at the pharmacy treated me terribly and was very rude and condescending to me and even raised her voice at me many times when I was trying to get a new vaccine card. No customer should have to put up with this. This pharmacy is horrendous and everyone should avoid it like the plague that it is.

The pharmacy here is abismal. They lost my prescription and had to go searching for it. They were INCREDIBLY rude while trying to search for it and continued to ask me when the prescription was called in and I had to let them know over and over again that there was a paper brought in. Wasted an hour of my life with the ineptness. No one there said they were sorry. No one there gave me even a look. The best I got was “ you gonna wait for it??”I waited. But I won’t go back again.

The prompt to leave messages for the pharmacist is not easy to navigate. When I tried to call, the person that answered said the pharmacist was busy and hung up.

I called today to get an order cancelled and the person working between the times of 1:45-2pm on 10/25 was extremely rude for no apparent reason. After reading the other reviews about this location, I’ve had a similar experience. I get people have bad days, but to read that this has happened before is unfortunate. The person needs to learn proper phone etiquette or find another job if you’re that unhappy.UPDATE: I called this location again and asked to speak to someone else because I had got the same person on the phone. I was transferred to Victoria, who took the time to help! She was patient with me and kind! There’s just a bad apple or two at this location, who are rude and unhelpful.

My infant son needed an over-the-counter medicine. We looked all over the store and could not find it. Asked for help and were given a vague instructions as to where it might be. Still couldn't find it. Again asked for help and female employee looked and told us it was not in stock. I look online and it shows as being available at at this particular location.I ended up having to order it online and doing a store pickup. Item was ready for pickup in 30 minutes which was in less than an hour. I'm glad online order worked but I can't understand why no one could find it if they had it available at the store for online orders... if they could find it for online order why couldn't they find it for us while we were there at the store?The employees all seemed very preoccupied and had absolutely no interest in helping customers.
