I made an appointment online on their direct website. Later I got a confirmation email. I get to the place and they tell me their online system doesn’t work and I don’t have an appointment and have to wait behind 4 people. If it doesn’t work why is it up on the website?! Why does it send confirmation emails? Not the first bad experience I had here but came back because I liked the nails, but no more.

Came for a regular mani/pedi with my cousin. While busy in conversation she finished my pedicure and then stated I was done. After I left and they had closed I noticed my feet calluses were not removed. I called receptionist today she said well maybe she thought you didn’t need it! Then stated there was an extra charge, but she didn’t even do the standard callus removal! My cousins calluses were removed without her asking)

Nice place and they are very clean. They offer free complimentary water or soda. I have been going there for over 10 years. My biggest issue with their staff is that they’re not versatile. They are good with simple nail work. You bring designs to them you loose them there. Sometimes it’s not much that they can’t do it but not willing to put in the extra effort. For such a pricey place they lack versatility. Staff friendly for the most part but do not interact much with their clients. I guess they are so focus but some do take the time and laugh and have conversations. I had 2 regular specific nail tech I would use when I book my appointments. One of them for 10 years barely said a word. Just ask what I wanted to get done and how I wanted it done and thats it. But when I would see her with other clients on the day that would come in and be with my other tech she’d be more talkative. My other issues is that even tho prices are listed they are adjustable as they work some services can add a $2-5 depending on who you have as a tech. The pedicures comes with foot messages but yet you wont get them all the time because again some nail techs pick and choose who’s worth the extra mile and who’s not.

It’s the nickle and diming for me. I’ve been to this place a few times and I come here because it’s close to my office. I don’t wear fake nails and I always get a powder dip. Nothing crazy. Today the nail tech tried to charge me $5 extra to shape my short, natural nails from a square shape to an almond shape. $5 to do something she’s supposed to do which is file and shape nails. Again my nails are short and natural. I will never go there again.

I finally found my fav nail tech and followed her when she moved to Vivian's. She eventually left for a different career but the 2 techs I have tried since are amazing; Vicky and Anny. Vivian's is the cleanist nail salon and offers more services than just nails.

My daughter and her little girls and her mother in law goes here on a regular basis to get their nails done. So I decided to go there and try it. I went the first time and had Bella. She did a great job. Very meticulous. I went today for the second time and I had made an appointment with her again and saw her 15 minutes earlier than my time I booked for. Again, she did great. My advice to her and her staff, before talking shit about your clients, make sure they don't understand Vietnamese lol. She was complaining why I made an appointment with her, or why I asked for her and blah blah blah. She also complained to her coworkers how my facial expression was and didn't talk. So what? I didn't go there to conversate. So her coworker looked over at me and was like " she looks fine to me" lol. And asked her why she complaining about me. Well, guess I can cross this place off my list. I don't like places that treat their clients that way. Again.....people do understand your language. Be careful what you say. Hieu khong??

Happened to walk in and pray I was going to get a good person and exactly what I wanted.
I asked for a pedicure and full set tips manicure.
I couldn’t find the color I wanted and thought I found something close to it. When she applied 1 nail she checked in with me to make sure it’s what I liked , I usually feel bad for voicing how I feel but she didn’t make me feel bad at all. She went and found a different color which I LOVED. Even fixed a toenail that had ripped somehow.
Now my full set. I hate heavy thick fake nails.
She made sure to shave it as thin as she could and was perfect on everything I wanted . No one can tell they are fake. I am so so happy I already told my friends.

I tried to treat myself on my first mother's day to a gel powder Mani with tips and left with this disaster! I am not sure if my technician (Nina) flat out didn't care or just didn't know what she was doing. I repeatedly asked her to soften the edges and told her they were crooked numerous times. It wouldn't have been so bad if she saw the mistakes and tried to fix them, instead she scoffed and rushed through it as if I were annoying her or straight up acted like she didn't see an issue. After the third time asking her to fix things I gave up and paid to leave. Then she had the audacity to ask if I would be tipping her in cash or credit!!! After leaving I sat in my car in shock at what a sloppy job she had done. I went back in immediately asking for any other technician to fix things as Nina clearly wasn't going to be any help. I was given a much nicer tech who was also shocked at the terrible job. I was told The only way to fix my nails would be to take everything off and start all over. I had already been there almost two hours and did not have time to start all over. Instead of truly fixing things she was only able to somewhat straighten the lengths and then paint over everything with gel polish, not powder. So now I am still left with crooked, bulbous nails that feel entirely too thick and heavy. I wasted THREE hours at this place, on my first mother's day only to leave angry and disappointed. Nina should not be doing these type of manicures if she's not able to do the job properly! I will be going back tomorrow for a refund and to have this junk taken off.

Came in and asked for pedi, mani and wax.
Really bad service it took me close to 4 hours for this. I was recommended this place by an existing customer but I would NEVER recommend to someone else .
