We've been taking our animals here for a number of years and always get great service. It is a great alternative medicine place for your animal. We do acupuncture for our dog every couple of months to help keep her loose and moving well.
All of the vets and staff are very friendly, very professional and always ready to help. But keep in mind appointments do stack up so if you need to get your pet in there, make sure you call ahead.

We enrolled our dog in PuppyK and had a fantastic experience. Both the owners and the puppy learned great skills. Highly recommended.

All the vetererinarians there are caring, and knowledgeable. I especiallly appreciate Dr. Khoury who is very deliberate in her practice. I highly recommmend them.I have a 14 year old labrador retriever with multiple health issues including rear end weakness. Acupuncture provides support to help him deal with his physical limitations. I can see the difference when we go too long without that support.

So many different holistic treatments! We get acupuncture for our corgi and she has never been the same since! Her improvements were incredible. It was night and day from how much she improves. I recommend this place to everyone and for good reason! They care for your pet so much!

The facility is clean and the receptionist is kind. We went for water therapy and will go back for repeat treatments. Very happy.

Had an appt. for my kitten with Dr. Kocen for chronic diarrhea. He gave her a homeopathic remedy. It did not work but this can be understandable when working to find the correct remedy. Had a follow up phone consult 2 weeks later. Dr. Kocen told me he would get back with me later that day or the next with a new remedy. He never contacted me. I called his office 3 days later leaving a message for him asking for the remedy. No response. My cat is suffering with chronic diarrhea and receiving no treatment for which I have paid. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

Since seeing Dr. Kocen thus year, our cat has improved so much! After eight years of being on various medicines for her ears , asthma and constipation, which never helped, homeopathy has made a huge difference in her life. No more constant itching of her ears. Her asthma has improved! She has more energy and is eating better! Dr. Kocen is the best veterinarian this country has and I am so grateful for his help!

Terrible customer service and terrible business attitude. I recommend going to Dr Yokota who also makes house calls if you are in the area.

I used to go there to see Dr. Kocen for one of my dogs and he was great.
This time, a client of mine suggested Dr Pollock who was doing electro acupuncture on her dog and I tried. My dog was not the easiest one and she was very patient.
When one of my other labs got nasal cancer, Dr. Pollock was the only one who cared and tried to help and I will always be grateful for that but later on, she changed.
it was like there was a switch button, she started talking non stop about politics and I started to feel very uncomfortable. The door was not closed that she started trying to discuss bizarre theories and gossips linked to the previous administration. I don’t think she realized that it was a monologue. It started to be so bad that I was dreading to go there. I emailed her about it and she apologized but the damage was done.
I realized one day that I will not be able to return. The bad vibes were too much to handle.
You just don’t mix politics and acupuncture.
