Lola is fabulous, went above and beyond taking back a failed router and dropping a new one off at my business. (Purchase green artificial grass) 7942 Angus ct suite E Springfield Virginia. She didn't need to do personal delivery so I was impressed. Now she wants to dig into my usage and set me up better than the customer I love her!!! Great attitude, super nice, smiley and knowledgeable. Exactly what I would want in someone representing me and my company great job!!!!!!

Very disappointed. The store had no phones on display. I was looking for a specific Samsung told them I didn't want to change my plan. They pushed the new Samsung AI and tried to get me to change my plan to the tune of $40 a month so I could apply a promotion. I won't be back! How is this store still in business???

The staff is never on time. Their sign say open at 10am they are never open on time. Where is manager in thinking he/ she is never on time.

Stopped by over the weekend to switch from ATT to Verizon. Met Lola who provided outstanding service. She was professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. She found just the right plan and was able to get maximum rebates on our old phones that covered the cost of the new iPhone 14 pro max. We are very pleased with our new Verizon service!

This store has the best employees! Abin and Lola are true professionals. I became so frustrated with dealing with Verizon over the phone that I went to the store. I was there last night and again today (they fixed the issue last night, but Verizon customer service undid their efforts!!!). If you are totally frustrated, run (don’t walk) to this store. You will thank me!!

What a miserable experience the past 3 visits.3 visits over 2 weeks.Manager was rude and dismissive. She was not up to speed on their promotions as well. The agent helping me was ok, but clearly new and floundering.They had a promotional on the table that I saw, and they went over. The second time I showed up I agreed to add a pixel watch and doing so getting a new phone and watch made me eligible to get pixel ear buds for free. I agreed after much confusion.I showed up next week to pick up the watch. Activated it, agent attempted to send me the link for the ear buds and then it didn't work.The deal was now "a watch and tablet" to get the ear buds. The agent claimed his manager told me this before. But if this was the case, why would he go through the song and dance. The agent attempted to get me the ear buds.Pictures are included of the promotional.

Usually decent service but most recent service from store manager (Zaidi). After the initial hello walking in, his attitude and attention toward me changed immediately. I even tried demanding respect by saying I would call corporate and tell them how I was treated and he said he didn't care because they don't report to corporate. They're just a certified cellular dealer and could care less is how I interpret that. Luckily the non manager employee was there to manage the situation far better than the manager himself. How are these type managers chosen nowadays? Flip of a coin? If you want professional service, try going to a real version store if Zaidi is here. Customer service nowadays is an art. We deserve better so I won't be back to this store and I advise you to do the same.

Mentioned closing hours are 10am to 8pm but the store was close on Monday at 7pm… so annoying
