Customer service is HORRENDOUS! When you walk in the door, people walking around wondering "do I sign in? Is there anybody working here". I walked to the back of the store before some guy, maybe a supervisor told me I've got 3 people working and there's about 4 people ahead of you. There's another representative in the bathroom she'll be out soon." He never assisted 1 customer in the hour I was there. I watched 2 customers before leave and 3 customers who can after me also walked out. I will NEVER go to Springfield VA location again.

Location does not accept Verizon residential equipment return contrary to Verizon’s website on locations that accept equipment.

Lidnsey from this location activated 8 lines under my name that I did not authorize for! They don't care about their customers. To this day I'm not able to see the usage for the lines under my name.

Please say no to Verizon wireless (Springfield Plaza location). Today I decided to treat myself and want to get a new phone and even change my line back to Verizon from a different carrier started off at Best Buy where I actually purchased the device and then for logistics purposes went to this particular Verizon location when I got there. Of course I had to wait, which was not a problem and I noticed that a young lady who was an associate there was working with another lady and that lady stormed off out of the store. I didn’t think anything of it but boy, I should have paid attention. I just needed to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone and I also purchased a watch but as anyone knows that transfer can take anywhere from a few minutes to hours so I was in the store a little over two hours, and I purchased the watch and waited for my phone to transfer, and I told the associate her name was Melanie to go work with other customers, because there was nothing we could do until my phone finished, a man and his son came in the store and they were looking for particular phone that I had the Verizon store did not have any phones in stock whatsoever she checked and there was absolutely zero so I kindly suggested that they check out the Best Buy store not in Nealis no aggression or anything and they said thank you and walked away Melanie went to go work with another family. I was still sitting there waiting on my transfer to take place and then I noticed that she had disappeared for about 30 minutes so she came from the back and so did her manager and he proceeds to tell me that I ran a customer from a store, and they get paid off of commission. My thing is, she didn’t make a sale to begin with because you didn’t have any other products at the customer was looking for and my suggestion was just like anyone else would make if someone is looking for something he put me out of the store. My phone was on 21% for the status transfer. I have been there for two hours and I had to start all over when I got home, I proceeded to return the watch that I had just purchased because no one was making commission. If I had anything to do with it the man and his son just happened to be coming back into Verizon store as I was leaving and I told him what I just happened and then when I pulled off they were walking next-door and they said an associate name Robert had told them as well to check out Best Buy and Apple so my suggestion got me put out of the store but their own Employee Did the same thing do not visit the store whatsoever should be ashamed of herself along with her manager, because he never asked me my side of the story. Appropriate higher ups have been contacted for resolution and actions.

Had an appointment and checked in 15 minutes before it, still didn't get helped until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Even then, the guy was friendly and tried but he couldn't even see the same deals and stuff that I had online. Verizon needs to stop promising deals they don't actually have. They also advertise that you can order online to pick up in store in an hour or two, even the confirmation email says "up to 2 hours". Turns out it's really 2 to 3 days.

Great location! Wide selection of wireless plans and cellular telephones. However, store needs more representatives to handle questions and sales.

The first positive experience I’ve had with Verizon. Given all of the issues I’ve had with phone upgrades with Verizon from content not transferring, overcharges and dishonest sales reps at a different location (i.e. add charges for items I did not want or need) resulting in spending a good time on the phone with Verizon direct correcting the vast issues, I begrudgingly headed to this location on 10/29/2023 to upgrade from a system 07 given computer security prompts that my version would eventually no longer be supported. Robert was amazing! He listened to what I was looking for, what was important to me and historic issues I’ve had. He was open and transparent, successfully transferred my content to the new phone and patiently waited while I confirmed everything was as expected. My next bill was also as expected (what a relief). The only annoyance was impatient customers interrupting (not wanting to wait their turn), which Robert also handled patiently and calmly. Thank you, Robert. The experience was positive and very much appreciated.

My Name is Shaheen bano and I don’t give anyone any suggestions to buy anything from Verizon because they never understand your pain what you were going through I bought 3 devices from Verizon on 36 month contract but after one month they sent me full bill without any other notice anyway I paid full amount to them but they have their device unlock policies after 2 months the device will unlocked when you paid full amount but it’s been 5 months now and still not unlocked my devices whenever I went the store they give the number to call the Verizon costumer service and the costumer service people said you should go to store when I went to store no one there help me to talk even they don’t care about their customer now I’m tried calling them and went store a lots of time but nothing happened my devices are still not unlocked so my suggestion to everyone don’t ever go for Verizon Service they never care about you My 4,300 Dollar is nothing mean to them so save your money any go somewhere else Thank You
