6401 Brandon Ave, Springfield“Rooms renovated, staff friendly.
Windows cannot be opened.
I found it bitter that all the hotels on our trip used disposable tableware and cutlery. What a waste generation. Also the selection at the breakfast buffet...you miss breads, cold cuts and cheese or even pure oatmeal.”

6805 Industrial Rd, Springfield“The name of this place says it all! My daughter and a friend went to Super, Awesome & Amazing for her birthday. I was a bit overwhelmed descending into the throng of screaming children but luckily there is a cafe right upstairs with healthy, delicious smoothies parents can escape to! The kids loved the climbing structures, nerf guns, and obstacle course. Shout out the homie in charge of the playlist. It was a mix of kid-friendly hip-hop and R&B tunes. Did NOT see that coming. It was a real plus for the parents in our group who may well have fainted if we had to deal with that amount of energy + Kidz Bop! We capped off the day with a visit to the water park. Just when we thought the children couldn’t be happier! They were exhausted after 4 hours of playing. Thanks for helping my daughter have the “best birthday ever!” (Her own words)”
“Regularly having the opportunity to stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, and by no means a professional hotel reviewer and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer and every Joe and Jane needing good or excellent accommodations, I’ve developed as what I believe is a concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 3.5]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score: 4.5]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score:4.5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score:4.0]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score:5.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score:4.0]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel is rated at 4.25. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: really, really good guest service and convenience to downtown Springfield, retail, business centers and eating joints. Most negative points found here are: were not of consequence to note. My price to value to overall assessment: is extremely good!”
“wonder space that’s professionally run. i hope to shoot again here someday, and really loved getting creative in the parking garage for some couples portraits. ig @iamthesam”
“We recently celebrated our wedding at the Royal Banquet and Event Center, and it was absolutely wonderful. This venue made our night incredibly memorable. From the start, they were able to work through details with us that other venues couldn't accommodate. Their reliability and excellent communication were paramount during our planning process, ensuring everything went smoothly. We highly recommend the Royal Banquet and Event Center for anyone planning a special event.”
