I used the post office once and said never again. It is not worth dealing with rude or who knows racist people. I had to keep my self calm to not react to the cold and rude treatment from the older white man who works there. He did not acknowledge me even after I said: "good morning Sir." He took my package, scanned it, throw it in a box and just looked at me. I said: is there anything you may need from me sir, he said: No.I said, OK then, have a blessed day Sir. No answer, just kept looking at me. I made Uturn an left.?I am so greatful to God for not reacting to his attitude. I kept my self in control because I said to my self: There are so many unhappy people in this world, I won't let him affect me or my day with his negative energy.

Came to leave a review and couldn’t help but chuckle to myself. Seems like everyone else has the same experience here. This woman is so rude to everyone who walks through that door. Ma’am you clearly don’t belong in a position of customer service. Its a shame the post office keeps her in that position when there are so many kind hearted people out there in need of work. She may have something going on in her life, but there really shouldn’t be this many upset people walking out of a post office and hopping on google to leave a review. Smfh

I just had the same issue that most people had - white hair older woman closing 10 minutes before 5 pm and giving attitude to whoever had the audacity to come during business hours. She is btw famous in this area. Incredible her rudeness and overall demeanor.

Unfortunately, I arrived here and they were not open due to lunch at 12:50pm-2:00pm. I understand employees must have a lunch, but this needs to be known somewhere for the customers so that we do not waste our time. Very disappointing.

Update: after arriving well before closing time the counter attendant has turned off the lights and walked away but not before reprimanding the people that were in line for having the audacity to come in during business hours.Bottom line up front: total lack of management and professionalism at this location.The one older lady that’s always here is extremely unprofessional and habitually yells at people. Big red flags that she will “go postal” one day. That said, this place is ridiculously understaffed and USPS needs to look into the resounding and reoccurring complaints noted below to resolve the issues that lead to such a poorly organized post office. It’s no wonder the neighborhood has so many complaints about the mail being inconsistent and not coming for days at a time.

Victoria the older lady who works here needs to be fired immediately. She is not helpful at all and i overheard her speak with the customer in-front of me how she hates her job but she gets paid either way , the customer just laughed it off but it was weird and my problem was she was making me buy tape when other usps always just hands tape no problem . She is so difficult and unpleasant to deal with please usps if you are reading this fire this lady its not my first problem i had at this usps . So upsetting
