Came to get a passport. Carrying two kids. I was only 10 minutes late. Told me reschedule without even looking at me. Just rude.

Every post office is overworked and understaffed, this one is no exception. I came to send out a standard passport application at my appointment time and Surbaya helped me. She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about how to work through the application. She knows what she's doing and it shows. And she was patient with me and all the other customers there with us who were also submitting passport applications. Thanks Surbaya for making my visit quick and painless.

Does anyone work here because I can never get a hold of anyone on the line!

If you’re hoping to do a walk in passport appointment, don’t. They might say its from 9am to 10am, but they book appointments during that time and will do the appointments before you. Horrific, the people running this location should be embarrassed.

Very, very stupid and incompetent people. The staff have apparently never heard of DHL before. If they worked at a real carrier they’d have been fired long ago, and if they worked in any other customer service job one of their customers or employers probably would’ve given them all a good beating by now. Fortunately, the federal government has given these bottom-feeders the best and only long term employment they’re ever likely to have.

Yesterday i went to buy a money order, the lady there had a attitude the whole time, and was not helpful at all. Later went back to send a envelope through express and i noticed that both ladies upfront are bitter and have an ugly attitude with all customers! They clearly don’t know what customer service is, they are useless. I would never go back there.

Yesterday I sent an order and I repeat to the bitter lady who answers that I wanted to send it, I send , and she put the one she wanted, or they should teach her what the difference is between sending with priority and xpress priority because apparently she doesn't know anything, and she's still upset just because I told her I spoke little English, because they put people like that to work on those positions should be more friendly, I liked the attitude of a girl who came to a guy and he told her in Spanish and she called the translator. That's what they called customer service.

Very disappointed at this facility. Poor customer service and the two employees that are usually there are very rude and unprofessional.

Long lines, ugly customers and miserable employees. It all went down hill with passport processing and no segregated space to devote to this service. You can see something is off with how employees interact with customers. Drive to the Westfields location where everyone is helpful and pleasant. And, this includes thanking you for your business!

Services were mostly great at this post office. When I arrived at 2pm on 2/2, the nice post office rep who eventually helped me with the certified mail that was being held for me was extremely helpful and accommodating. She also assisted with helping me with the change of address under my maiden name. I did the change for my married name weeks ago but realized too late that I needed to do one separately for my old name.My only complaint is with the lady who deals with passports. Before I came to this particular post office to pick up the certified mail that was being held for me, I was told by the nice woman on the phone to go straight to the passport/hold mail line in the office for assistance. When I did that initially upon arrival, this passport lady was being abrupt, brusque, short and very obviously unfriendly without patience when she told me to go to the regular line without any explanations. Talk about rude. I think that person needs a class on what constitutes the proper customer service behavior in a job that deals with the public.Other than that unfriendly encounter, everything else was great at this particular post office. Would highly recommend if you don't have to deal with passports.

Mail goes missing and they don't want you to contact police because they know one of their employees is dishonest. Looks like they are falsifying tracking again and what seems to be changing addresses for delivery. I will call the police if I don't get my package by Monday 5th February. Amazon are also looking into this.

I have gone here for the past few years, and it never gets better. The workers are always always rude, snappy, and aggressive. I get anxious everytime I have to go here. I would avoid this location and try others if you want a pleasant experience with more complicated stuff like passport appointments. Dropping off pre labeled packages would be the only reason I still go here.

The employee was extremely unhelpful and wrong. They should read their own passport requirements before requesting unneeded documents with an attitude.
