“Wow, these guys must be the last honest auto shop in America. I took my 2015 Porsche Macan S there because when I took it to Porsche of Arlington, they quoted me $4500 to fix a leak in the a/c back in May. They drained the Freon without asking and make it difficult to put back in. I took to Freddy at Springfield and he charged me $200 bucks or so to refill it and said, come back in 3 months and check. Guy saved me thousands and the car is blowing cold air! Will never take my cars anywhere near else.”

“I cannot even put into words what a good experience we had at this Hertz with TJ. He went above and beyond to work with us for the purchase of my Tesla. He not only found us a car in the exact specifications I wanted but also maintained daily communication with us every day while we were waiting for it to be inspected and available. Another thing I want to mention about his location is how comfortable they make you on test drives. I have been to many dealerships where they rush you, are unkind, and do not take their time to help you understand things. This location is the opposite of that. At this location each test drive was great and TJ helped me understand the car. Coming from driving an old Honda, I had no idea how to drive the Tesla and he was so helpful. The pricing was beyond fair, the process was professional, and they were always so happy and kind. TJ gave us the absolute best experience I could have asked for in purchasing my first car. Melanie was also such a gem, so kind and detail oriented. I felt comfortable doing my paperwork with her. The entire location was clean and professional.
