June 2025, I shipped two camera lenses to the same Nikon address in Jericho NY - one by the U.S.Postal Service and one by UPS. The US Postal Service made the delivery in less than a week! The UPS-shipped lens was delivered to NY, but for unknown reasons UPS could not find the NY address; so incredibly, UPS delivered the lens to an incorrect address in CALIFORNIA. ONE MONTH later, UPS returned the lens to me. (I was unable to perform vital maintenance on the lens before a major photographic job event.) You would think that UPS would return my $67 shipping/insurance fee after failing to make a simple insured delivery, right? The manager at the Springfield, Brandon Ave Store told me that I would receive a refund in the mail. No payment was ever made. UPS most likely sent my refund to a California address.

I rented a box for two three-month periods and had a great experience. The staff were always friendly and got to know us well enough to grab our packages before we got to the counter. Excellent service.

Very very positive shipping experience! I came in with 8 boxes needing to be shipped and the gentlemen staff worked very efficiently to process all of them. They even came outside to help bring the boxes into the store. Also they had great music playing. What a treat to experience such great customer service!

I a dealer in Nashville for Past 40 years , bought two delicate giltwood girandoles .They arrived packed as only packers ( like Cadogan Tate ) for Major Auction houses and premium shops pack. Foam cutout to match the irregular shapes. The glass in tact , the delicate pattern in fine shape . The price was most fair . I heartily recommend this shipper ! Absolute scam and I’m reporting this franchise to corporate. I used to have documents printed out for .25 now they raised the price to $1.50 per page. FedEx is still .20 cents and not even 5 min down the street. I’m sure ups has no idea how your robbing customers and giving their band a bad name. And for the employee to say “that’s the price I didn’t come up with it” was so insensitive and just wanted me out the door. I’ll make sure to get my notary’s done elsewhere as well.

I needed to ship some awkward size and weight packages to DFW. They had no financial value, but did have a tremendous sentimental value. John wrapped and boxed the items, and they showed up totally undamaged less than a week later in Texas. He clearly went out of his way to pack the stuff right, and I thank him for that!

The employee didn’t listen to what I needed and therefore, did not provide a clear and precise answer to my question. When I stated that the delivery date wasn’t working out for me, he assumed I was done and told me bye, even though I had stated that I would choose a different address depending on the delivery date. Now my tracking number isn’t working.
