Easily the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I have had to go twice in the past few weeks because the carrier cannot find my address, two different reps made me feel like this was their side jobs on the weekend. I absolutely wish there was another option. Horrible experiences! They asked 5 dismissive questions well before asking 1. My name 2. A tracking number, both key reference points that would answer their Questions. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst hub. Always left waiting for my package because a “delivery was attempted”….however the delivery was never attempted and I ended up wasting time waiting for my package at the door. This is the most inconsiderate unprofessional UPS on the east coast. Laziest workers.EDIT: This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I have UPS as the delivery service. Go with USPS or FEDEX. This hub is lazy and you can never get anyone on the phone to figure out what’s going on or pick up a package.

UPS driver didn’t knock on my door just put the “sorry we missed you” on my door. UPS never came back the next day and by Friday I called the facility, they can’t locate my package with them now. Pretty sure someone stole my package. I went there Friday afternoon and the lady told me they are open Saturday despite what the website says and gave me a number to call to follow up. Called all morning and nobody answered it today. By far the worst and will not be asking to use this UPS ever again.

The UPS driver threw my package which was a computer for my daughter on my porch and when I tried to get help with the issue I'm put thru a bunch of inconveniences. They suck will never use them again. Only bright spot was the customer service lady that help me try to rectify the situation

This is a PSA for everyone in the Springfield area that if you order any sort of smartphone device that would have to travel through this location on its way to you - DON’T DO IT! Send your new item to the store and pick it up there. I had my brand new smart phone stolen/lost at this location and have heard from 2 neighbors the same thing happened to them. This location is apparently notorious for stealing smartphone packages according to the other reviews as well. Go to the store or send your order there for pick up!

Awesome experience....I had a mixup with a delivery....and Robin was an absolute pleasure...she went way beyond what i thought should happen at the customer service area....funnybpart...when I called UPS for help..."can't help you" was the answer....So thank you Robin for everything...and P.S. ...don't retire...your a much needed asset to the UPS customer service area...

Employees at this location are stealing smartphone packages. One employee admitted this to me when I came to inquire about the delayed/missing delivery.

They call and left a voicemail to tell me there was a package at the their facility(they couldn’t figure out the address). The number they left is no good. The main number there is no good. I call UPS directly and they tell me they don’t have any numbers to their other locations(WHAT?!). An absolute clown show of a company. I went through the torture of speaking to an automation system and hopefully my package gets redirected to my residence. FIRE THE HUMANS!

UPS is the worst. Delivered a package to the wrong house and because they took a picture it was considered delivered. I filed a case with the same response. The picture of the delivery wasn't my house but they closed the case. No wonder we pay high prices since nobody takes responsibility. Worst customer service I've ever seen. They never answer the phone so they don't have to talk with the customer! Once again, the vendor is stuck paying for UPS screw-up. I would love to talk with somebody regarding this screw-up!

My package arrived at this local UPS facility on Tues. 8/01 at 9:15 p.m. According to the website tracking, it was going to be delivered on Wed. 8/02 between 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. When I checked Tues. morning, it was still listed as being delivered on 8/02, however, I noticed that processing the package hadn't started until 8:15 A.M. that morning. Checked back later and the delivery date had been changed to Thu. 8/03. This morning the website tracking still has "processing" listed as 8:15 A.M. on 8/02, but it has it listed again as "processing" this morning 8/03 at 4:55 A.M. I expect this kind of lousy delivery service from other companies, but UPS had always been reliable. I guess those days are over. Like most everything else now days, low quality service is all that can be expected. This is why I rarely order anything online anymore, there's the high probability it won't be delivered on time, if at all.

Ups very efficient I wrote my house number wrong and I went to the office and they located my package. They were very helpful and courteous..

The customer service sucks. You walk in they’re on their phone and they make you wait till they’re done texting to attend you. Then don’t even let you finish talking and just ignore you. Worst experience ever. FedEx is better.

VERY poor customer service. One lady working here acted like every customer here (4 others) were bothering her. Very slow to help any of us. I usually use the UPS store on Nutley St. in the Pan Am shopping center in Fairfax, which I give 5 stars. I will not be coming back here.
