I don't recommend this bank , 3 years ago I did interview for a teller position until now they haven't called me yet to tell me anything , this is not fair , although I did the interview well , that's my right to get this job

This is a great UB branch, top notch customer service. The new manager "Sue" is so professional and knowledgeable, she made the visit so productive and easy. Thank you Sue!

Zero stars isn’t an option. Went in to exchange money and so my 2 year old could use the bathroom. Asked where the bathroom was because said 2 year old was about to pee herself and was told “bathrooms are for bank customers only”. I understand the bathrooms being for customers only, but I wasn’t asked if I was going to be doing business (the answer would have been yes), was just immediately shot down about the bathroom. Rude customer service.

I drove 2 hours to the bank to open a new account. I arrived and was told they could not assist me because it would take them more than a half an hour to set up a new account. Do NOT waste your time with the Springfield branch.

Fantastic customer service , I bank with them personal and buisness and every time I go there , don’t matter what time of the day , everyone in a good mood and greets all customers with respect . I drive an extra 20 mins just to go there and get my deposit and withdrawals done . Very great staff

Mr. Williams the so called Mgr. of the bank forgot to send me a check card. I went to a branch near my home location to inquire about the two months I had been waiting. They were diligent in the process of finding out what happened. They phoned Mr. Williams along with other employees of the bank. Within a week I received my card. After Cashing my check every week at the Backlick branch for about 8 months after this fact, today I saw Mr Williams for the first time at the drive through window. I asked to cash my check and after a minute or two proceeds to tell me something went wrong with the payroll of my company and they had to individually approve each employees paychecks. They needed separate authorization by my company for each employee to cash thee check. Long story short he said I could not cash my check and would have to talk to my company on Monday. I called my boss, he said this guy is crazy. I went to a Fairfax branch and it was cashed immediately with no questions asked

Don't waste your time. I've been trying to open an account here for weeks and just keep getting the run around. Nobody here seems to have a clue what they are doing. Not even the bank branch managers. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. This is by far the worst bank that I have ever stepped foot in.
