I’m very satisfied with the work done by Top Line Jaguar. The entire management team (Debbie, George and Jace) are so friendly. The technicians are very skilled. They replaced the entire engine of my LR4. They dealt with the warranty company to get the required approvals and with Land Rover to get the engine and all required parts shipped and delivered to them. They kept me informed and updated during the entire process. I received my vehicle and it’s running with a brand new engine! NOT HAPPY WITH REPAIRS TO MY JAG. 2300.00 LATER AND STILL NOT RIGHT. TERRIBLE. WILL NEVER TAKE THERE AGAIN. THE YOUNG MAN WAS RUDE ALSO. Your jag is not safe to drive that is because they girgot to do the calibration. Horrible just horrible.

They are a rip off and no one should ever take their vehicle there. I took my car there for one thing and the next thing I know, they listed seven different things that wasn’t a problem until I took my car there. They don’t return calls this one guy talks so fast to confuse you. I made him repeat everything he said over. I was not going to be rushed and I paid over $3000 dollars. The worst place ever!!!!! You will be sorry you did!!!!????????

I called Top Line Jag and arranged for an appointment. I subsequently towed my Jag to Top Line on May 19, 2021. I complete a customer service request inform, ha ded over my keys and excitedly awaiteda call. The office staff was not very personable, their meet and greet skills were lacking. In all fairness, the young man responsible for "taking-in"my Jag was very personable. Others, not so much.Two weeks after delivering my Jag, for a misfire diagnosis, I had not been contacted. I initiated the first contact. I was informed that they had "not gotten to my car". Eventually, I was able speak with an individual who represented myself as the shop manager/foreman. I had to request that he identify himself. Sadly, the statement, "we have not gotten to it," became an all to familiar refrain.On June 20, 2021 the head mechanic/shop foreman/whatever, finally informed me that I needed a replacement engine. Furthermore, I was told that their were compression issues in seversal cycliners. Obviously, I was taken-aback.The Shop Foreman/ Head Mechanic stated that surprise, surprise, they had an available replacement engine. I declined their offer, retrieved my Jag and completed an extensive tune-up on the V12. And yes I possess the skills necessary to perform a complete tuns-up. The engine now performs well. No compression issues.In ending the recounting of my experience with Top Line Jag, I say "carveat emptor," let the buyer beware. Please heed that advice when contracting with Top Line Jag to service your vehicle.Service: Auto engine tuning

George and his staff know their Jaguars. Received a comprehensive set of recommendations for my 2006 S type R. I knew it had been neglected by previous owners. I bit the bullet and had over $8k work done and now she runs beautifully. My only problem was that they don't respond consistently to email. Gotta pick up the phone and call. In reading some negative reviews you have to consider the source. Most of these people are whiners who just want to bitch and aren't responsible people. Give this shop your business.

I initially came to Top Line for a prepurchase inspection of my XK a couple years ago and was very impressed at the level of knowledge, skill and care displayed by George and the Top Line team. As such, it was an easy decision to trust Top Line with my car's needs. Each time, including my most recent visit last week for scheduled maintenance, I have found their advice and recommendations to be spot on, and have not had any surprises. I just moved to the area with a 1984 XJS. My car died in January of 2022. I had it towed to Top Line. They told me the car was fixed three times but twice it died pulling out of their shop. Each time they also advised me to fix other things on the car to keep it save which I did. I am just under $20,000 in repairs and it is still in the shop for the original problem. It is June of 2022. I am not sure when this will end. They also show no urgency in actually telling me what they are doing or why my car is not back. It has been sitting outside in the blazing sun so long the side trim is peeling off. I have to ask them to tape it back on whenever I try to pick it up. This time they are advising about an AC system I had installed in 2021, but still no answer if the car runs. Not sure when or where this is going to end.

Had my car towed to this shop for service of a transmission repair and was told it would be $3500 to replace transmission. Asked them if I supplied my own transmission how much it would be and was quoted $1300. After delivering part there I get a Final total days later of $2700. How outrageous. That is double what I was quote. Was told that fluid had to be added and bolts replaced along with the service diagnosis fee. Still ridiculous. Plan on talking with them this morning to get resolved. If not will plan on legal route. Customers shouldn't be taking advantage of. Had to sue another auto company years ago because of this practice. Will keep informed and if things work out review will be removed.

Simple 30000 checkup - by end of an entire day they let me know they couldn't get an air filter or cabin filter for a 2019 xf - i told them fine, don't do that, i'll do it myself and come get the car. They tried to argue with me. I came and got the car and they were still telling me how a novice should not be doing it. Of course parts i order were a lot less and better, not to mention the 1.5 hours of labor charges for simple task. No, what galls me is that when i went in to put in my air filter - i found the filter cover unscrewed, loose, and there was NO FILTER AT ALL. These folks will never see my car or money again.

I came in for 100,000 mile maintenance on my 2011 XF. They informed me that my engine was out of time as well. This was not all that surprising as I had noticed a tendency for the engine to oscillate in idle. They found the origin of the problem and keep me informed the whole way while working around my schedule due to international travel for work on my part. Great service and communication. I am a repeat customer and trust them to give me a fair rate for both standard service and in-depth repair.

I have been a Top Line customer for 1.5 years, and don’t know how I’d maintain my Jaguar without the expert help of George and his Top Line team. He consistently knows what to do and gets my car back on the road in good order. I also appreciate his integrity in thoroughly explaining to me what’s going on and allowing me to look at everything with my own eyes. Prices are fair too. The service at Topline is the best!! My only issue is that they "Only work on Jaguars". Our I would bring every vehicle I own to them for service! I recommend them all the time to other Jag owners. They take good care of their customers.
