The lack of customer service is unbelievable. The way the rep placed a bag on top of the box for our online order so we can bag our own items was ridiculous to me after spending a lot there. Will not be returning.

Great phone customer service! Called to find out if they had a size in stock. They answered the phone on the second ring and checked inventory letting me know they only had a few different colors available letting me put them on hold. Overall very helpful. Based on other reviews I didn’t have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised!

I went into the store to buy some items I saw online. I took them to the counter, and they rang up as almost twice as much as the advertised price. The store refused to honor the price advertised online.

Horrible business. Bought clothes for my Daughter at the beginning of March and now they don’t fit. I tried to return with a receipt and tags still on clothes. They won’t take them back and I can’t get a store credit either. Warning don’t shop here. What kind of store won’t even give a store credit for clothes with tags still on and a receipt. If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Horrible place!!!!

Customer service needs a lot of work. No greeting at all or checking on us as we shopped. The store in general is very cluttered and tight. The checkout line got extremely long at one point and there was only one person on the register. Another employee stood at the other register and began to fold clothes while she stared at the line getting longer. Do you think she put the clothes down to help? You guessed it ... nope.

The African American woman who works there did not treat me with respect. Her tone was not proper when she spoke to me. I was disappointed with the way she treated me and made me feel not welcome in the shop.
