They’ve been run out of 12-36 months baby formula for a while, when I asked the manager he said they have no control on what’s shipping to the store. The product is available on their website moreover the store’s system sees a continuous shortage of this product yet it hesitates to place the product orders. The manager said everything is controlled by the automated ordering system- well than why are you there if you can’t make a simple note or adjustment.

I was racially profiled by an employee named Vera. Even though I was making a return WITH the receipt in hand, she confronted me and accused me of stealing. I understand that shoplifting is a problem, but accusations and name calling won’t get you far in life! Disgusting.

This store is ok. I particularly do not like the two-level Targets. Parking is frustrating at times since it's at the mall. Other than that the store seems clean for the most part & normally well stocked.

I was trying to get a store credit for an item I have received as a gift. The customer before was also looking for a store credit as we both didn’t have receipts. My item though was in its original packaging. The store manager assisted both of us.. But we didn’t get the same treatment. He greeted her and worked so swiftly to get her on her way but me I was questioned where I got the item from ? Why I lost the receipt and why it’s hard for me to ask the person who got me the gift for the receipt??? He concluded that he can return the item but he will not assist me and asked me to leave. The manager’s name is Tim he refused to provide his last name. If you are a person from the global majority please don’t go to that location Tim doesn’t like to see us there. Store number 1416 inside Springfield mall.

Online orders are so inefficient at Springfield Va Target location. Notifications that items are ready for pick up is either sooo delayed 10-12 hrs later or none at all ! I have to go to the store and ask if item is ready. Even calling them is a nightmare- NOBODY ever answers the phone !!Customer satisfaction SUCKS in this location !!
