I am happy with this location as well as other locations. I oily suggest TARGET to block the street for employee safety to delivery items to customer cars.

great place to shop for the most part... prices are reasonable and they have the items i need.
HOWEVER, whatever corporate brain trust decided it would be a good idea to close the self checkout needs a severe reprimand.
it's a bad idea and it wastes time!!!
anyone with only a few items (or less) now having to wait in line behind too many people with too much stuff? it's infuriating.

Never again in this place, I come to return something than was not working but in another store . A soon the manager saw the receipt she send me to the store where I buy .
Rude actitudes and don’t really care about costumers or trying to get a solution for me. Wasn’t good service

Got in and out with wonderful service. The customer in front of me was impatient and rude to the VERY polite cashier (Shirley) I applaud her patience as the lady waved money in her face saying "I'm in a hurry to get Starbucks" ????

This is one of the worst targets i have ever been to. The store is always a mess and none of the actual checkout lines are ever open. Just one person working the self checkout acting like they're the cashier. I have found piles of human ( im assuming) feces on the floor in the store more than once, and when employees are informed nothing is done. Not even a wet floor sign over the area, that is a biohazard. The loss prevention team is terrible as on multiple occasions the cards I tried to buy were nothing but an empty box. For a while employees were stocking the SAME empty box of magic the gathering cards, then I would receive an attitude when informing staff product had been stolen. There is always expired meat on the fridge section and I have bought rancid meat that made me gag when I opened it. I shouldn't have to bring meat that expired DAYS ago to the employees attention. This is a sorry excuse for a retail store. The picture attached was taken on Wednesday May 29th at the Springfield mall location.

This place is not safe, ADA accessible nor customer service friendly. I tried to warn a GROUP of about 6 employees who were talking within 20’ of this elevator door of the faulty door. The most senior position looking/behaving man acknowleged me, and waved me on. I tried to tell him it is not working. As the elevator was wisking me away. He closed it, but walked away ignoring that it opened back up!
I parked at the top of the store in the disabled parking space. When I returned to that area to check out, and leave, there was no employees in the area, not even for the disabled customers, I even called out, and no signs indicating to go down stairs to check out.
I also noted that there were no signs on the door I came in. I would have parked elsewhere. As a disabled person, this caused me a great deal of stress and pain to keep going up and down the levels. The cashiers are not even near the elevators, they are FAR away from them downstairs!

This is a Target with a wide clothing selection, it has two floors, a Starbucks and is connected to the rest of the mall.

Every weekend that I come in their Starbuck is not stuff enough with team members. Only one person will be serving all the time. The team must be cross trained and let help the barista over there.

One of the worst Targets. Don’t do order pick up. The team members are to focused on administrative tasks. The lack of problem solving and bias for action is why targets business is failing to take care of the customer.
