I was standing in line with about 10 customers, while three bankers are at the counter. BUT only one of them was really working. The other two were chatting with a customer and the customer’s teen daughter (the customer was most likely someone who works or worked there before). Even the woman who looks like a branch manager joined the chat. That’s really unprofessional.Thank goodness I only have a saving account and only get cash from that branch. I’d never consider opening any more account with Truist again.

I'm going to close the account in this bank. I went to have the account unlocked because I had it blocked and I was waiting for about an hour and they didn't help me. The bankers were taking too long with a client talking about personal life. That's not for professionals. I have my how much business and my time is very short

Horrible experience with the teller BRIANA, the customer service is really terrible , Small procedure could takes forever, very complex policy from the bank for verification, Ms.MARIA wasn't able to verify my signature cuz it's different to the first signature I made when I opened the account, DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?,ID isn't enough for them, All ladies work there need to go home.STAY AWAY From THIS BRANCH!!!!

after 12 years of banking with this branch I am officially done. I will be transfering my business. It is very similar to how USAA went downhill. I will be moving my personal and business accounts to Navy Federal.The tellers are no longer the same. There is one recognizable face who used to be very helpful to me. Now she wont even look at me or attempt to help.I come in for the same transaction every week or so. And for the past week I have been unable to withdraw cash.They never keep enough cash on hand for a bank. It is very inconvenient for a business owner. Sometimes our change service comes up short and we have to supplement from here and they never have enough. It seems they carry only enough cash on hand for micro transactions.The old school customer service BBT used to provide is long gone.I don't mind waiting at a bank, but these complaints about wait times are valid. Its really bad. You wait in line just to be told they can't help you with your transaction.I am also not a spanish speaking person, however they definitely need more tellers and account managers that speak spanish. Even though I have to wait, the ones who speak spanish only have to wait longer to be serviced by the one spanish speaking teller. Springfield is predominately south east asian and latinex, get it together and know your demographics.

Terrible banking experience. I transferred money which was deducted from my account and was never delivered to the other party. The branch manager referred me to the online team which kept me for an hour on the phone and did not refund me the money they took from my account. Very suspicious banking activities. If you have an account keep your eye on your money!

Springfield, VA This is not the first time I experience terrible banking. If you are going to use this bank you got to be cautious and regularly in check with your money. This bank charges your account for the transfers you make and never delivers the money to the other party you meant to transfer to. You will not be able to track after that or get your money back unless you spend 1-2 days on the phone and another few weeks for the money to return to your account. I'll end my business with both SunTrust and BB&T for their suspicious banking activities.

The place is getting worse and worse by the day! The waiting time is getting longer and longer and after waiting they can NOT even provide the service for you! That’s why you are loosing the business and that’s why everyone kept telling me to close my account with you! Another customer is lost.. soon enough you won’t have any business to provide if you kept going this way and did NOT work on getting better
