Purchased a new desk chair for my home office about a month ago. The staff was friendly and professional. The chair had to be ordered. But then they assembled it at the store and called me once it was ready for pick up. Will go back for future office needs.

My Favorite Staples Store! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Customer Service is very professional and geared toward making the customer feel satisfied which is extremely rare. Will definitely continue to make this my store!

Walked in less than an hour before closing, I was well greeted and served well. Jordan took his time to guide me through how to print a copy directly from my phone. Thanks for saving old timer’s time. Coming back to buy a new printer that is WiFi ready.

Excellent service! I work remotely and needed some printer ink quickly. I was able to place an order for ink and other supplies for 1 hour pickup. The order was ready right on time and they made the process go so smoothly. I was able to run in, grab my order and get back to work in no time at all. Thank you, Staples team!

Paid for a same day stamp this morning shortly after the store opened. Go in to pick up stamp 6 hours later and they haven't even started. The location on Richmond highway has my stamp done within two hours every time. I will never use this locations stamp services again!

My daughter needed business cards last minute, so the night before, I sent them to Staples for print. The next day I needed to make a change before the cards were to be printed. I called the store at 8a and held for about 10 minutes; after three other calls with no answer, I went to the store and found out they opened at 9a and the hours noted online were inaccurate. Then to learn, the Copy & Print Center associate called in. I needed these cards, and the Tech Support Assistant - Marc, assisted me. This was not his field, and he joked through this learning process. What Marc was not able to do, the GM Ali stepped up and assisted Marc. It showed Ali will step in and support his store associates in all ways. Thank you Marc and Ali for saving the day and for your professionalism.

Terrible. The people who work in the printing area the worst and incompetent. Gave her specific instructions on what to print and she still got it wrong. The wait to get some service is absolutely ridiculous!

I came into another copy and print center and dropped off a bound presentation to have one copy made that was at 10 AM at 5:45. I came in and it had not even been started. The person that I dropped it off with did not handed over to his shift relief, and it sat for seven hours untouched, thankfully another employee came over and immediately addressed the issue but as I was standing there, I watched other customers show up to pick up print jobs that were supposed to be ready days ago and even got emails from the store, telling them it was ready only to be told that they're working up and started management needs to act immediately and focus on getting this print center back up to whatever standard they have here

Another fantastic experience at my local Staples. A few weeks back the manager was super helpful with a printer I had purchased through Staples online. Today the sales associate help with the new Staples Connect app to make sure I am getting the weekly sales without the emails!! No more online office supply shopping for me.
