The new Container Store in Springfield helped us with the design for all 4 closets in our new apartment at Greenspring, a CCRC located in Springfield, VA. We placed our order and they were installed within two weeks. We are extremely pleased with the end result.

Jordan, the print and marketing supervisor, is the man. He was an absolute help in regards to both placing my order in store, and resolving an urgent issue. I highly recommend working with this store for your printing needs. They had a decent amount of inventory in other regards as well, I found a nice little notebook as I was in the check out line(+on inventory placement). Thank you

I went the Staples Store in Springfield, Va. The cashier was extremely professional and assisted me with my Staples Reward Account and benefits. The cashier went above and beyond to assist me, especially when updating the APP on my phone. Great deals on Crayons and Pens.
Everyone was very helpful.
My only surprise was the cost on a specific type of Folders I needed for some major projects. These folders had several areas to separate your documents. The price for 5 was not what I was expecting. However, I got some great sales on several other items. More importantly, Customer Service was outstanding!

After FedEx was unable to complete my order, Staples Print Center saved the day! I want to give a special shoutout to Alias who pleasantly listened to the issue I had and offered an amazing solution. Alias was able to complete my print order that was needed for a retirement celebration within HOURS even though it was late in the day. He was willing and able to help out, didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience, and got the job done quickly and it looks great. He truly saved the day and his can-do attitude is so hard to find. Kudos to him and this Staples location. This will now be my go to place for print orders

Quick printing and very friendly staff. I had some issues with printing but Sethe and Tom helped me out and the Flyers I was printing came out great!
