Jennifer the manager is AWESOME extremely helpful,as her associate Kim. Had difficulty in bra sizing several times and Jennifer has helped to exchange and find me the perfect bra and size. AWESOME customer service!!! Differently coming back to see her.

I purchased bras the other day, and Jennifer from the Springfield location was amazing. She really took the time to understand my concerns and didnt give up bringing me more options, until I was comfortable with the fit. Thank you Jennifer.

As a bigger chested woman it’s always been hard to find places that will size me. Soma was always my go to… until I went to this location. I asked to be resized because I had kept growing and the lady acted as if my presence was inconvenient. She did a quick measurement over the shirt and told me my “cup size” (I was spilling out of a bra that was 5 sizes above her measured size). When I explained to her my size she shrugged and told me to just go up a size. It was disappointing how she took 5 seconds to look at me yet as I was leaving showed so much enthusiasm to another woman and was explaining to her the process of how she was going to size her, which she didn’t do to me. It was very disheartening because even if the store didn’t carry my size a simple measurement and professional opinion would have helped me.

Went into this location at about 4:00 pm today. Two sales representatives, no other customers. No one greeted me nor asked if I need any help. When I asked for help it seemed as if I was disturbing them. I also found it incredibly off putting that they keep their maternity and nursing bras out of sight in the back room and you have to request one to try it on.

Didnt find anything special about their lingerie that differs from regular stores or department store 'lingerie.
Sales rep could be a bit more attentive to customers, and not spend time chatting with the other two sales reps while the customer is calling out for a different size.

The last several times I've purchased bras is from Soma. Today I was pleasantly surprised to see one in Springfield Mall. When I went inside, I notice no one greeted me. When the one Lady finally spoke to me. I told her what size bra I was looking for she repeated several times, that my bra size was packed up in the back (36G). Size 12 clothing. I always shop at Soma because they carry my size. The environment was very uncomfortable and very unwelcoming. After the third time of her telling me that my size bras were pack up in the back I told her never mind it sounds like it's too much trouble. She said thank you and goodbye. Wow!
