Durim and his team did a great job and would have received a 5 star. But, I paid him his full amount and he was supposed to come back to finish one last thing and never did. I’ve called and called and called and he won’t return my messages. Finally, he answered the phone, and said he would send someone over the next day and they never showed up. I’m still without a complete job. My advice to you… Don’t pay him the full amount until the entire job is finished!

Durim and his team were amazing! They were so professional, trust worthy, and helpful. I loved the work they did on my house after we suffered from flooding resulting in needing a complete remodel on our bottom floor. They helped me with the insurance claim battles and fought for me too! I highly recommend this company . Posted a few pictures of the completed floors, wall reconstruction, and painting they did. I was very pleased. Also want to add they booked people to help put my heavy furniture back in place and also hired an amazing cleaner to do a deep clean of the entire bottom floor. She had my house looking better than it did before. * some stuff in picture is not fully put back because i wanted to do that myself

This company should not be in business. Our family trusted them to do an installation of vinyl flooring in our new home when we had several other floor installers to choose from. We liked the product they had in stock, so decided to have them install the flooring. We should have noticed the signs earlier on, but my wife felt that Justin seemed trustworthy and had promised not to disappear if things went wrong. After two months of back-and-forth waiting for them to correct their work, two of the stair treads have punctures in them in less than a month from normal use. We tried to reach them to simply find out who their distributor was, and they never had the courtesy to respond to us. They have been unresponsive, lacked any level of customer service, and are disorganized. Don’t expect them to be around to help you if your install or the product doesn’t live up to the standards. Once they have your money, they’re gone. We’ve had to go directly to the wholesaler ourselves, pay for new parts, and get a more qualified installation company to do the job correctly.

Our Homeowners' Association just had all the floors in our clubhouse replaced by Solyd Floors LLC and we couldn't we happier with the results. We competed the work and selected Solyd over two very competent competitors. We were told the work would take 4 days and it was completed on schedule. Lots of clubhouse furniture needed to be moved and everything was put back exactly where we wanted it. The team removed and replaced two toilets and almost magically ran the new flooring under the vanities without needing to move them. Our new premium vinyl floors are beautiful. The entire job was cleaned up to our complete satisfaction. Hire these guys for your new floors.

Buyer Beware. Sloppy work, with a con artist salesman. Durim ("Justin") sold me on a "new" flooring product, and I trusted his word when he guaranteed they wouldn't disappear if there were problems with their work. Well, 3 weeks after the job was supposed to be finished, I'm still trying to chase them down to fix improperly installed flooring. I've literally tried every number they have. No responses.Durim (Justin) Sean Tafilaj was very quick to cash my checks, but all of the sudden vanished when I identified the issues with the installation. He even tried to charge me for 6 extra boxes of flooring supplies that he had miscalculated! The installers have only been there 2 years, and appear to be the only ones on staff (and too busy to fix their work). After a week of trying to get them to fix their work, they were a no-show, and not one person from the company bothered to let me know they weren't coming. They installed broken pieces of flooring, damaged flooring, and dripped wood stain all over the stairs. They even installed flooring in a bathroom that was not supposed to be touched, and left it without reinstalling the toilet. No one has bothered to respond to me and schedule a fix to the cracked transition that they glued together and claimed was "repaired" even though it's still just as cracked and allowing water to seep underneath. Not one person from that company has been willing to give me the manager's contact info, or apologize for this very stressful experience. This company is mismanaged, unorganized, and deceitful. I didn't deserve this as the customer and they won't hear the end of this until resolved.
