PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They broke my Face ID, and I am now looking at an over $200 fix at Apple. They even tried to accuse me of it already being broken prior to bringing it to the shop. I asked them to check the cameras so that they would see that I used Face ID when I came in and they said “the cameras are for live surveillance only and do not record.” The only solution they offered was for me to give them my phone (iPhone 12 max pro) with a replacement of an iPhone 8 for an “unknown period of time” while they get it fixed. Even then, they said there was no guarantee of it getting fixed.

Be aware that for i-phones, the replacement batteries they install are not Apple-certified. I foolishly failed to ask this question before installation. Of course, they don't offer this info. to you either. I experienced problems with the battery they sold me within the first few days -- my phone would become very hot after only 1-2 hours of use. I did not seek warranty service to get Smartfix to switch out the battery they had sold me (they had verbally said the battery was warranted for 90 days) because by now I decided I did not want a non-genuine Apple battery in my phone. So I wasted about $65 here. Also, once you have a non-genuine battery installed, even if for only a few days, Apple will view the phone as being "tampered with" and the Apple warranty is voided (thankfully mine was no longer under warranty anyway). Smartfix did what they offered and service was quick but that's the only good thing I could say. Lesson learned.
