I purchased some frozen pre-made meals and two of the three were already expired - one as old as 1 year ago. According to the receipt neither of these are returnable as they’re frozen.

I don’t find this store very helpful as they follow u while u r shopping and the line is too long to check out all the workers r in the store but no one will be on front check out

We go here because they are easy to drive to. Not a place to buy fresh vegetables, however. Great for snacks and naans.

While the selection of items are quite good, I wouldn’t call it excellent. Patel brothers is still the gold standard when it comes to this matter. But if you are looking for some Indian groceries and you don’t have a lot of time, you can visit this store and be sure to find what you are looking for.

You’ll find almost everything that an Indian household needs here. Decent quality products. Don’t forget to check the expiry dates on the packages.

During our purchase, we encountered an unfortunate situation where the atta bag we bought was discovered to be opened upon lifting it into our car. When we attempted to return it, the manager, along with other staff members, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. They declined responsibility, stating that the issue occurred outside the store and was therefore not their concern. However, it was the exceptional assistance of the counter lady that salvaged the situation. Her efficient and customer-oriented service stood in stark contrast to the manager's dismissive attitude. It was only due to her intervention that the problem was eventually resolved. The conduct of the manager and some of your staff members were unfair. The role of a manager should be centered on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction, not dismissive behavior that drives customers away. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the store's customer service policies and staff training, as this incident reflects poorly on the store's reputation and has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer.My review is for improvement for betterment.

Very rude staff. The man at the register did not want to accept his Apple Pay machine was malfunctioning and then when I started paying with gift cards, he got frustrated and became very rude. He was disrespectful and insulting. I have been coming here for three years and will no longer be coming here. They do not deserve anyone’s business.

I love their weekend sale. Most items, including lentils, rice, cooking oil etc are priced below market rate on weekends.
