We were shopping for a used EV and found great service and trustworthy information at Sheehy VW. We worked with Fred, who was kind and patient and very helpful. We found just the EV we wanted and Fred helped make sure the car was fully checked and serviced before we drove off the lot. It was a good experience and I’d recommend Sheehy in the future.

Came to Sheehy VW because I had an issue with the dashboard lights. Leon checked me in, and said he would look into the problem. Meanwhile I could make myself comfortable in the waiting area. A short time later Leon said he found the source of the problem, and I should be on my way soon. Leon always treats me like a valued customer, and I appreciate that.

Took my GTI for my 40K maintenance to get done and Leon was awesome! He kept me up to date with everything being done on my car and even recommended some extras I needed to get done. Overall great experience. Highly recommend Leon!

Had a flat tire, so I called the morning of and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. I know they are usually fully booked on Saturdays but they got me in and out in 2hours. Leon is the best…he is always works on my car. He was able to get me a brand new tire at no cost! I paid nothing. He saved me $250!! I was very happy.

Went to Sheehy Springfield Volkswagen after having a bad experience at another dealership for my practically new Volkswagen Tiguan! Minh was awesome to do business with. The process was seamless and enjoyable! Minh talks to you like he’s your friend and takes care of ya! For the first time, the car buying experience was fun! Never was I pushed to buy anything. Super glad I went! I recommend Minh to anyone looking for a car!

We went to Sheehy having found a practically new 2024 VW Taos online, listed for a great price. The management and dealers there were willing to negotiate finances and accommodate our needs, and they stayed after hours to finalize the sale. Minh was very welcoming and has been very responsive since, and we really appreciate Sheehys warranty and policies. Overall very positive experience!

Low pressure selling and easy to deal with. I purchased a certified vehicle and wasn’t aware of the $50 deductible but I did get it resolved.

They did my diagnostic test and tried to charge me $225, instead of the 89 that I was quoted over the phone. When I asked about it, the worker said oh yeah that’s our special that we’re running right now, I guess I can give it to you. Then they came back with a repair where the part cost $300 by their standard, but was advanced auto for $120. Then they wanted to charge me $2500 in labor cost to install that part. I understand that it is a little To install that part, but my mom had the same part installed in her car by a mechanic for less than 500. They also wanted to charge me $400 to replace my battery, which cost me about $200 at advanced auto where they install it for free. The cost for labor was absolutely outrageous
