I would not recommend this store to anyone. I placed an online order (paid with Afterpay) and called to inquire about it a few hours later. I was told the item was out of stock and that I’d need to cancel it. At this point I was very confused as to why Sephora wouldn’t cancel it on their end since they see it’s out of stock. Furthermore, since I used Afterpay, Sephora would need to cancel it on their end so I have proof of no goods received. I called back to inform them of that and was still told I’d need to cancel it. Once I hung up, I received a notification claiming my order was ready for pick up (after being told it was out of stock and I needed to cancel). I then called the corporate customer service to get help and they ended up calling the store to confirm it was ready. According to corporate, the manager apologized and was not sure why I was told that. Too much hassle and inaccurate information. Lastly, online it says curbside is available but that is also incorrect!

Been here twice before and both experiences were decent. My last experience was the worst. Typically, I would let it slide but still thinking about it. Rude and unprofessional staff. Please don’t bother sending me your email address to talk it out , I will never return here.

I wish this store had more. I feel like the only time I can find what I need ( at this location) is the first day of an annual sale. At any other time, anything I am looking for is out of stock in store. This location does have a good variety of items, however not alot of stock on hand. The staff are extremely friendly but seem to always be overwhelmed. I'm pretty sure this is the closest sephora for many since this mall is always packed. I come here about twice per month.

I was here about 2 weeks ago. I scheduled a feature focus with Desiree and she was so sweet, informative and she did such a good job with my makeup and helped me choose the best products that she recommended. There was also a gentleman who was checking in on me too and he was super friendly too, didnt get his name. Great place:)

I went in just to look for some lipstick and perfume. The store was so dirty the sales lady was not helpful to anyone she was just staying behind the counter looking at her phone will not be returning here ever

I walked in with a lip crayon I had picked up from a drugstore, liking the color but not its staying power or transferability. Upon meeting Jesse, I shared what I appreciated about the shade and feel of the lip crayon, as well as its limitations. Jesse asked right questions to understand what I liked about the product, examined my skin undertone, and listened to what I was looking for to identify a lip product that checked all of my wish list.Jesse was patient, courteous, and most importantly he is knowledgeable of the products in the store. He introduced me to a couple of brands with lip products of what I was looking for, after a quick assessment of my undertone, he suggested additional lip shades that complimented my skin undertone and met all my requirements.Being picky about what I want and my detest for trendy stuff that come with shiny or sticky or just wrong combinations, I've struggled to find a lip product that truly suits me, resulting in frequent purchases and returns of tinted lip glosses, lipsticks, and lip inks.Thanks to Jesse my search is over. I'm happy with my purchase- that I can actually use! Jesse rocks!

Very unprofessional staff. I took my mom there to get foundation so there was is young girl who came to tried to helped us but she wasn’t helpful at all. We was struggling to find best shade foundation. But this girl got tired of us and she told us “you know what let me call someone to help you” she looked mad and annoyed . After that I figured out which foundation. After that I never go to this places. I don’t recommend this place to any of I know. Hire professional staffs and someone who knows about products.

If I could, I would give this review 0 stars! Yesterday (5/13), I was at the Springfield Mall location and had a terrible experience. I was trying to place an order online for 4 products earlier in the day and pick it up in the store but unfortunately, my order got canceled. This happened multiple times so I called the store and explained the situation. When I called, I wanted to put those items on hold since I saw they were available in store. First I was told I’m not allowed to so I asked to talk to the store manager and she said she will do it and put items on hold until 5:30pm (I was working till 5pm).The drama started when I enter the store. I went straight to the register as I was told and no one could find my beauty products. I felt a bunch of bad vibes and received glares from everyone behind the counter. It looked like I lied because the manager was off that day. So I was standing there as a “liar” in everyone’s eyes. I felt so bad because I did speak with someone on the phone who claimed to be the store manager. I am confused who that was and also who confirmed with me that my products were put on hold? I didn’t understand what happened. I also went to look for the products with someone who offered help. She had shorter blue hair. It felt like she was forced to go with me based on how she was acting. She started to pull cosmetics out for me in a kind of mad way and started to be rude and disrespectful. I needed 3 products from Charlotte Tilbury. She confronted me that one of the products I wanted doesn’t have the color in existence and I tried to explain to her that it does. However, she didn’t want to look for it and she said that I’m wrong. When I pointed out to check the drawer, she almost screamed at me. Of course I found the lipstick I was looking for and she was like “oh”… No apology or trying to make things right. I am asking myself why the employees at this location don’t know the products in store as well as are extremely rude. I worked in customer service and you’re supposed to help your customers, be kind, advise them regarding makeup, skincare and not be rude and try to scare them away so they will never come back. Doesn’t it affect your business? Does the Sephora company approve this behavior? Why don’t you train your people? Why are they so aggressive and nasty? I’m very disappointed with my visit and my experience. Don’t worry though, I’ll never come back to your location so you have one less customer you have to interact with.

I usually get great service from everyone from the person that helps you find your shade which I did today, and he was amazing but the cashier Subla (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was so nasty. I tried to make short conversation you know the usual. Like how are you? And she was very nasty with a lot of attitude which I understand sometimes people don’t have a good day, but I think that should not be reflected towards the client. Is not professional.. She didn’t even asked me if I wanted to use the points which I did, and when I told her I wanted to, she gave me a bigger attitude.. it was a horrible experience. I hope I don’t get her again. Nasty.

I like Sephora for their selection of higher end products, however it’s annoying how many of their items are sold online only and how many of them are only sold at select locations. Their rewards program is also lacking compared to Ulta. I actually check to see if Ulta carries a product before going to Sephora, as a rule of thumb, simply because of Ulta’s superior rewards program. I also don’t get why Sephora doesn’t have any free standing locations. It makes visiting their locations so inconvenient. Still, I do much prefer their skincare selection to Ulta’s.

Jasmen was very kind and welcoming l throughout my visit. She helped me find several products and even checked to see if some products were in stock that weren't on the shelves. She also helped me complete an online order in store for an out of stock product. I really appreciate the kind staff members at this location!
