I have been taking my 3 cars to SB AUTO SERVICE AND REPAIR for 3 years now. There management team and mechanics are outstanding. I'm a car enthusiast and the attention to detail that the staff there provides regarding car maintenance and repairs exceeds my expectations. Management has been fair and upfront with pricing on labor and parts, as well.

SB Auto Service is the place for excellent service from repairs and recommendations to customer engagement. I was referred by a trusted friend and was right to follow his lead for honesty and transparency. Luis immediately saw the issues and worked a bumper/headlight repair and I could not be more pleased with the look of the car, the upgraded headlights, and the continual status updates provided during the duration of work. I highly recommend SB Auto Service and have already referred two people for their vehicles. After living here 6 years, I only regret I had not found them sooner!

If you're looking for mechanics that are friendly, honest, transparent, and knowledgeable, it's SB Auto Service and Repair. It's always challenging to find good mechanics who treat the cars like it's theirs with your high performance vehicle. I've had a couple services done to my w205 C63s recently and I am very pleased with their services (fast and reasonable cost). Just give them a call and they will take care of you!

The service here was amazing and prompt. I had reached out on a Wednesday close to closing time to a couple shops and this place got back to me within the hour with some instructions on information they needed. I got it to them and the next morning we were working to schedule my car to get the part ordered. It was a rush for me as my wife needed her car back so I got the part from a local auto parts store and they got it done that day of dropping it off! Super quick and respectable! Luis and his team are the most reliable, experienced, and honest mechanics in the region. I will not bring my cars anywhere else. They can troubleshoot and repair pretty much anything and their customer service is top notch.More recently I went into SB Auto Service and Repair because I heard an irregular noise coming from the driver side wheel. Luis and his team quickly assessed the issue and determined the solution immediately. His labor charges were much more reasonable compared to what other mechanics would have charged for a similar issue, yet the service was incredible. Was referred to this shop by a friend and wanted to get my truck checked out before a long road trip.They were very honest and transparent showing me issues and explaining my options. They also discovered an issue with my brake caliper and recommended replacement. The part arrived Saturday morning, so they worked on a day that they were closed to get the truck ready for my trip.Will be going back in the future and highly recommend.

Go here! I was recommended this place by a friend who is a total car guy. So glad I did. Luis did my Mercedes Benz service maintenance for $300 LESS than the Mercedes Benz dealer or other competitors. Very friendly and fast. Was also willing to do some small labor requests for no charge. Will definitely come back again. So glad I found a reputable and honest guy in DMV area. I noticed a RR and Bentley in the garage. So clearly these guys know what they are doing. FYI - there is a Starbucks about 8 min Uber ride away if you need time to kill.

It was a great experience for me t discover SB Auto Service, specially the shop is 2 minutes from my house, not only this Louis is really professional and generous helpful guy his advice that's great and I really appreciate it, The shop is clean, and the nice thing he just put original parts in your car. I'm glad I found these guys. They were able to handle all the issues on my drop top Benz (and they don't recommend any unnecessary service). They have seen it all before and they have good prices too. I will continue to regularly use them in the future.
