We brought our car here when the engine abruptly died. We were told it would take a few weeks to be diagnosed, which was a long time, but it is what it is.Here we are over 3 months later and they still haven’t looked at our car, despite assuring us there were only 2 cars ahead of our for WEEKS.I have never had such appalling service from a service center. No loaner car in the interim, the service advisor takes weeks to respond, and there is no way to escalate an issue when you have had a bad experience. Buyer beware, avoid this place at all costs.

Shady business practices in the repair department - my husband went in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation, asked them for just what was included and a small problem in the actual car, and the service tech told him the car needed new brake fluid, fuel injector service (it's a hybrid with 27k miles) and tire balancing. Never mentioned any extra cost and didn't give him an estimate to sign, and it ended up being $850.Yes, my husband should have clarified - but seriously, when you're implying a basically new car NEEDS a very expensive optional services and someone came in expecting to pay nothing, then you don't give them any sort of indication that it's going to be expensive, I call that shady - especially since they're literally taking advantage of the fact that VA does not require you to get a signed repair estimate for services over a certain amount, like most other states (and the one we're from, because my husband is military).

Number one I was very well cared for by my Consultant, Sayed Dawud. The business & sales managers were also attentive and helpful. The sales floor environment was neat and welcoming and my new Santa Fe sold itself. I feel very confident that when I do need to bring my car back for regular maintenance that I will be treated like a favorite customer. Thank you Safford Hyundai of Springfield.

I am done bringing my 2022 Tucson to this service department. Had to wait a month to get an appointment for oil change/maintenance. My appointment was for 7:45 am. I was here on time and it's been almost 4 hours and my car still isn't done. Beyond frustrated. will never come back here.

It's been more than one hour we waited for a service advisor to talk with and ask about the status of vehicle first of all my brand new vehicle (Sonata SEL 2023) check engine light turned on and start vibrating i had this issue for 5 months they repaired and it found issue again and again i am sick of this poor company with their poor service anyone who wants to Buy Hyundai please DONT DONT buy headache for yourself I prefer to buy i used car from other company but not the brand new of Hyundai, imagine brand new with 18K mileage check engine light turned on and stopped, i had the case with them two 3 times but they said we cannot buy back your vehicle and we will offer you $250 for your satisfaction i was like what? And today i come to service they says it gonna take couple week to fix your vehicle and no one gives me a loaner car or nor rental car and the don't pay for that, and it's been 3 days i got the rental car from my own pocket and now i have to extend for couple weeks until they fix my car

Excellent experience, great customer service, very transparent about price, no extra fees, Mo and the whole team were very pleasant to work with. It took me trips to many dealers to finally find the best dealer in the area. If you do not pay interest and looking for best-interest buydown deals, come here.

Horrible service. No help. Time wasted. Rude people. Had to go to therapy after a traumatic experience for how slow and unresponsive customer service. Amateurs working here. Even the service manager. Horrible leadership. Avoid this place no wonder they got horrible reviews.

I use to take my car to Safford Hyundai for service and repairs, until yesterday when my 23 yo daughter went there to check with the parts and service departments about repairing a mirror she cracked. She ended up coming home in tears after being treated so rudely. No more Safford for us.

I was called by Hyundai corporation for a recall on my Santa Fe 2012 I took it to Hyundai Springfield but was a big mistake they repo money took me a month to make an appointment and then 2 weeks for a recall fix and I found out they don't make anything on the car plus they charge me like $300 for something I don't authorize I was paying almost $ 800 for car rent for 2 weeks they keep my car there just to parking on the lot because they don't doing anything I was so frustrating this is the wors dealer you can take you car they do not have any professional person there
