Took my 2007 Jeep Liberty in for oil change and routine all points check. All done surprisingly quickly. Appreciated the quick, friendly service. Been using Safford since the Jeep was new - fastest service yet!

Took my car in because of an oil leak. Explained to the advisor that my check engine light was on and that my car had a leak. I paid $189 for a diagnostic to figure out the problem. Then I paid $300 for the part. Then $503 for labor. NOT ONCE DID THEY CHECK THE CODE FOR MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Furthermore, they didn’t recommend another part needed to fix my issue because they never checked the codes. After all of that, they told me a new engine oil pressure sensor was inside of the sort I bought from them. That was not true. So even if they saw the code they were not competent to fix the issue. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. JAMES THE GM IS A CROOK.

Customer service was outstanding and tentative. Osbaldo Velis was very helpful and professional. He helped me with some very particular issues with my vehicle that required me to show the mechanic a noise from the interior that was bothering me. Unfortunately, the solution we came up with didn’t solve the problem, but I still appreciated the attention to detail and help I received. This is the second Jeep dealership I went to because the first one I didn’t feel like the service was where it needed to be. Thankfully, I feel as though I am receiving the care I am paying for and then some.

Had several warning lights on Thursday that I needed resolved before an off-road trip this weekend. Not only did they get me in at 6:30am on Friday but they got everything diagnosed and fixed on the same day! Was it pricy, yes, but it's a Jeep lol (if you know you know). Super thankful for everyone who helped, it was well worth it!

absolutely amazing experience! RJ was phenomenal - he got me in and out of there super quick since he saw I had my baby with me. he was extremely helpful and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I am new to the area so had never been to their service department before but will definitely be going back for any of my cars needs in the future. waiting area was very nice and clean as well with complimentary drinks!

I had an early appointment scheduled at 7:30 AM, and when I arrived, I was promptly greeted by service personnel that help me from my vehicle, and confirm what services I was due.My vehicle was efficiently serviced and wash, and I was on my way in about an hour and a half.I’m very satisfied with their service and specifically how they treat me as a customer and will certainly continue to use them Ram pick up truck.Greg

I will start this off by saying I’m not one to leave negative reviews. I understand staff have things that are not within their control and businesses have bad days, however the lack of professionalism and customer service experiences here was ASTOUNDING. To begin, I made an appointment to have my headlight bulbs replaced on Monday at 11am days before (appt made on Friday evening). On the website I put I would be waiting at the dealership since it should be a short fix and I don’t have another ride. When I arrived, they estimated it would be done 1:30-2, which again is odd since I was only having 2 bulbs replaced, and they said there was a diagnostic charge of $200, but would go toward the repair. While this should’ve been the first red flag, I continued since my options are limited. Where things really hit the fan were I didn’t get any updates until 1:11 when i was sent a video of my car, and AN HOUR later got the price estimate which was OUTRAGEOUS. I was being charged $166 per bulb and an hour for labor which totaled to $495, this was steep but overall made sense. Now the kicker was I was also being charged $11 for a brake light, and 5x that cost for HALF AN HOUR of labor. My total was $520, which a local car repair shop I called after said it should have never gone over $450. Like I said, limited options, and went ahead and okayed the price. Now at this point I asked if they were done yet, which I was told they hadn’t even actually begun (mind you this is now 3 hours after my appointment time). Another hour passes, it’s now 3pm, the employee comes in and says “Well we just started but turns out we only have ONE headlight lamp so someone is going to go get it.” At this point I should’ve have left, but would have been stuck paying $200 for nothing to be done and I was already sitting there for 4 hours. At this point, other customers I’d spoken to and had asked me why I was waiting so long were shocked as well. About 30 minutes later now 3:30, I let them know I have an appointment at 3:40 and need to be out of there by this time, coincidentally they happen to Just get the lamp at this time. Another 10 minutes and I finally leave the store after paying an obscene amount for a simple repair, 4 hours wasted on a false estimate and useless appointment reservation, and missed 2 obligations I had that day which would have been made if the appointment was accurate. I have owned this exact car for nearly 5 years and never experienced a repair shop be this unprofessional and lack respect for both customers and their time. Save yourself some money and time, go literally anywhere else.

Everyone there is shady. Very bad customer service. They will literally feed you a line of bs to make a sale. The finance Dept., Sales, Tag and Title Dept. are all bunch of crooks and lowlife leeches. If you are shopping for a new vehicle please take this bit of advice and Do Not get it from there. You will regret the experience.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Safford Chrysler in Springfield VA. Each phase of my purchase was seamless. I worked with Freddie on picking out the perfect car for me. I was even provided lunch . After, Kenny Smith and Zubair in the finance department gave me the best deal possible to include all of the things I would need to drive my car comfortably and without worry. Going forward I would refer anyone interested in buying a new vehicle to this dealership. The professionalism I experienced was unmatched. It made car buying exciting again and less like a chore.Thank you guys so much !! I look forward to working with you in the future.

I would like to say the Service Parts section of this dealership is AMAZING! I live in Fl and needed a part for a Fiat Abarth and this dealership was one of only 3 that had the part. I called and Mr. Chris answered I explained my situation and asked if they could ship the part to my house. Mr. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate me. He got the part in the mail the next morning. He provided me with pictures of the part and the tracking number. He did what my local dealership wasn't willing to do and helped! I really appreciate the service departments help!!! Mr. Chris thank you for all the help!!

From scheduling my appointment with Jessica over the phone, to picking up my vehicle with Brett, my customer experience was stellar! Jessica took great care of me in calming my anxiety concerning my “oil change” notification alert and having to wait 12 days for an appointment due to an unforeseen staffing issue. Upon dropping my vehicle off, Jessica greeted me with a warm welcome and a bright smile; she was even more pleasant in person (and her nails were beautiful!).I appreciated the email appointment reminder and the ability to check-in via my mobile device prior to my arrival. My service was completed in under a hour and, no funny business with regard to unexpected findings or charges, which I greatly appreciated. I love the integrity at Safford! No lines and no wait time at drop off or pickup, and my vehicle was sparkling clean from the complimentary wash service! I was extremely pleased with my experience today!

I expected a Fiat dealer would have the technical knowledge to repair my car correctly and quickly. Instead, I ended up having my inoperative car towed elsewhere because of the atrocious quality of work and service that I received from Safford. Service desk failed to communicate with me during the two-months my Fiat was there. UPDATE: If you want to "work towards an understanding" as your response below says, have your Service Manager return my calls. He has my contact information.

Drop off your car, do NOT wait for it. Had a 08:50 am appointment on a Wednesday, was told it would take a couple of hours to do a factory software recall update, oil change, and I asked for a vehicle inspection to be added. Around 11:30, I inquired via text, as to the status and was told it is coming out of the shop, in ALL CAPITALS reply text. I felt I was being yelled at for asking. ANOTHER hour then passes, I go again to ask in person when my vehicle will be done and was told that the person doing the inspections has a large workload and hasn't gotten to mine yet. Asked and discussed that they be better at communicating expectations. Yet another hour passed (it is now 1:30 pm) and still no word. Nothing. Which I why I have so much time to write this. Only at 12:30, my last inquiry was I offered a shuttle ride, as I have missed lunch and am probably hangry. The services themselves provided are good and to be expected, but there is a huge lack in communication with the customer. I shouldn't have to ask every hour about my vehicle and keep being told it will be ready in a bit, when it is going to take 2 additional hours. I also expect a reply text, which other than the original one, have yet to receive. They do provide a complimentary car wash, but do not vacuum like my Volvo dealer.

Bought a 2020 Pacifica Sport, lightly used, but great condition and fully loaded.It was so clean I wouldn't have guessed it was used. The salesman we worked with, Eddy James, is a great guy, and he is sincere and straight forward, but he tries to understand and cater to the customer in a way that few salesmen still do. When you see Eddy, you know you aren't getting done wrong, He even showed me a vehicle a little cheaper than the one I was there to see originally, but it actually fit what I was looking for better than what I had wanted so I ended up getting the less expensive one. He literally saved us 5k just by knowing the lot and actually caring. Then "Z" from the business office made sure we got the lowest possible rate and the best financing options, even after we had signed, another offer came through and he redid the paperwork with the better offer, taking tons more of his time, but again, saving us money and maximizing what our dollar got us. In today's economy, no matter your price range, you need people who are going to treat you the way the people at Safford of Springfield treated me and my family.Thanks Eddy and Zubair.

I am giving a 1 star review because my daughter bought a used car from them that broke down the next day while she was on the highway with her family and then again a few days after that issue was fixed. She is being told it needs a new turbo and motor which will cost around $7,000. This dealership paid to tow her car to them just to try and charge her their high prices to fix it. They towed it back because she was able to find a cheaper mechanic and they are not offering to help her because she didn’t buy the overpriced warrant they tried to sell her when she bought the car. She was going to buy a warranty on her own but didn’t even have the car a full day before it broke down so she couldn’t. They are offering to give her $1,000 towards her $7000 bill and have been very rude to her. I called with her one day and talked to the sales manager who was mad and rude because she was trying to reach the general manager for help. I have never experienced any reputable company act this way and I have had to lend her my car so she can drive her kids to school everyday. It is a shame that this company would treat this young family so bad. It would not cost nearly this much for them to pay their mechanic to fix this. I do not recommend anyone buy from them unless they can afford to pay for an overpriced warranty.
