Bad customer service, ruins clothing and denies it. Stay away!

I strongly advise against bringing your dry cleaning here. I brought in my mother’s Saint John dress, a special gift I gave her, to Royal Valet for a simple dry cleaning. Saint John is not a cheap brand, so I expected it to be handled with care. But when we went back two weeks later to pick it up, we were shocked to find that the dress was noticeably shorter. They had clearly cut off a significant portion from the bottom, and now my mother can’t even wear the dress. What’s worse is that when I brought this to their attention, both the staff and the owner, Mr. Kim, refused to admit any wrongdoing. They insisted I was mistaken, which was infuriating. My family has been going to Royal Valet for over 20 years, but this is the second major issue we’ve had with them.
The first time, my father left some shirts to be dry cleaned, and when he went to pick them up, they gave him someone else’s clothes. When he pointed out the mistake, the staff did absolutely nothing to help him, and he left without his actual clothes. It’s unbelievable how a business can make such careless mistakes and then not even try to fix them. I’m deeply disappointed with how they’ve handled these situations. Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

They were a week late with my dry cleaning. Told me one date was not ready had to comeback.They didn't sew my garment correctly and I asked for mg money back. The lady had an attitude and actually starting arguing with the owner. She apologized as we walked out but I will not be back.

The lady that checked me out was great and so kind, but the person that did my alteration did not do a good job, I do not recommend going here they did not even have clean stitching very disappointedService: Alterations

I used to drop off shirts and suits at Royal Valet every week pre-covid. Now it's not a regular thing but at least every 2 or 3 weeks. It appears I have way more suits and dress shirts than I need in a post-covid, teams, zoom, work from home some of the time, environment. But when I have stuff to get cleaned I always go to Royal Valet, even though it is not the closest dry cleaners to my house, it is the best. I don't compare prices but I am sure they are comparable with the other local places, but the service, friendliness and hours can't be beat.

I had a fantastic experience here today. I needed two formal women's outfits cleaned and a suit, on a tight timeline and they did a magnificent job! One of my dresses had very intricate beadwork, and they were incredibly careful with it. I would have left a glowing review for the good work, but I want leave an extra shout out for their customer service!I misread the hours, and was late picking up on a Saturday night. I called ahead when I realized, not expecting to even get a human on the phone, much less be able to get my clothes. I was surprised in the best possible way. The owner stayed open for me to retrieve my clothes on a Saturday night, after closing, and was incredibly kind about my mistake. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about the dry cleaning, or the customer service. They have a brand new loyal customer now!Service: Organic dry cleaning

I love these cleaners! Very kind and honest, they do good work. Even charitable! An elderly, hispanic man was lost, trying to find his way back home last week, and Royal Valet Cleaners helped him make a life-saving call to his relatives. Thank God, and thank Royal Valet Cleaners!

We've used Royal Valet for nearly two years and today we had just one more reason we take all of our clothes to them for cleaning -- they found a $10 bill in our clothes and returned it to us! They are also family friendly (we feel like family) and are always do a great job with all of our clothes and have reasonable prices.
