DISHONEST AND SHADY. KEEPS VEHICLES HOSTAGE TO FORCE UNNECESSARY SERVICESIn April 2022, I spent $1700 on maintenance at 91k miles as recommended. Feb 2023, I spent $500 on services (to include an oil change). Since April 2002, I have driven 1700 miles. Today, I was given a quote for $3300 of "required maintenance." At 5 pm, I spoke to the service desk and declined the additional maintenance and was informed that the maintenance (Ford Factory Service) that I requested was completed and that my car would be returned to me today. They have not returned my vehicle; I called the dealership at 7:49 pm and was told that the service center closed at 7 pm; no keys were left at the main desk so I would have to get my car when the service center opens at 7 am. Wouldn't be surprised if they sabotage my vehicle in retribution.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with this service department. I called 6 times being put on hole for over 20 minutes each time and no one ever returning to the call. I will never return to Sheehy again nor will I recommend anyone to this location. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! IT DESERVES A -STAR.

if I could give them a zero, I would. I brought my vehicle in for a recall. customer service was terrible. I brought my car in at 7 am. I heard nothing from them. I called at 4 pm to get an update. they were having problems and weren't sure they would finish my car that day. They were unable to take something apart and the possibility existed they could break something when they tried. If this part broke, I would have to pay for the repairs. unbelievable! if they couldn't complete the recall on Friday, it would not be done over the weekend and I may not get my car back on Monday. I asked for a rental car since I would be without a car for four days. the answer was no. I asked to talk to a manager. I got the same response about a rental car. I let him know I was extremely unhappy about the lack of communication. he told me he would check on the status of my vehicle. I get a call a little bit later telling me my car was done. I arrive to pick up my vehicle and was told the mechanics had a hard time removing a few of my lug nuts. they broke off six of ten of my lug nut and refused to replace them for free because "it was mechanical". My overall experience with Sheehy Ford in Springfield was terrible. their lack of communication was unacceptable. Their unwillingness to pay for the damages they did to my vehicle is unacceptable.while I was there, I met a couple who were bringing in the car they bought through this dealership for a third time because of issues they were having with their vehicle...and the mechanics could not fix it.Stay far away from this service department!

I was very disappointed at the fact that Sheehy Ford charged me $222 for a diagnostic test that resulted in the finding of a faulty spark plug and coil in cylinder #1 and subsequently attempted to get me to agree to a repair at the cost of $1650...And I guess is on me because I just don't know much about cars and trust the dealer to be fair with its assessments and services...First... Highway theft if you were to ask me... the cost of the parts alone could not surpass a $100...Second... the hardest thing to do here was to change the spark plug... a job that would only take an inexperience person like myself no more than 30 minutes (no parts were internal and everything was on top of the engine toward the back end by the oil dipstick)... and in order to get to the spark plugs, you have to remove the coils... so it fThird... $1650!!! Wao!!! To change a spark plug and a coil! No offense to our great mechanics as they are one of the hardest working professionals in the world but I got the impression that I was dealing with Brain Surgeons conducting a death or life surgical procedure or Plastic Surgeons trying to make me look as beautiful as Taylor Swift?? As I found out through YouTube, This type of job should be very easy for your mechanics to do with their eyes closed?Of course, I declined the "service" and did it myself by watching a YouTube video (again, Highway theft... perhaps some form of racketeering going on)... And the car ended up perfect even though it was repaired by me...This should be reported to the BBB and should be investigated... who knows what is going on there in Sheehy Ford but I am not going back there ever and will show this to everyone I know to prevent any "theft"...

Bought a new car from this place. Worst mistake I ever made. I was sold a 2023 explorer timberline with a backup camera recall. Yes, I knew this going in but they were able to sell it to me because they were given the green light that the vehicle would be good to go the following week. I called every week and was given the same answer, "next week". The seller knew we were PCS'ing on a certain date and I was told over and over again that it would be ready. PCS day is tomorrow and no vehicle. After speaking to the manager, I was issued a refund for the vehicle. Unfortunately, this refund could take one business day and I can't get another loan until this situation is resolved. For future buyers...I'd really consider finding business elsewhere. The impression I was left with is this...they'll say anything just to get your money.

I worked with Maxxx to purchase a used car. I had a great experience. He was efficient, gave good advice, and met every need. Often times buying a car is a tedious process but thanks to Maxxx it was the quickest experience I've had. I had one small concern with the car and they fixed it immediately. I felt that Maxx helped me to get the best deal possible during a time when used cars are expensive. I'd definitely recommend Sheehy Ford and recommend Maxxx to my friends and family. Thanks!

If I could give this place, zero stars, I probably would. We have come there for service a few times in the past, and even bought a car through them. The service department is absolutely atrocious. We brought our Ford explorer in for a simple recall fix, and it sat there for five days before they finally handled the recall work, and in the process we got our car back, and the alignment was off, there were weird noises coming from the vehicle, and we literally turned around and brought it right back. Because they were about to close, they said that they would get our car in first thing in the morning. My son called their 3 to 4 times, and still got the runaround. Finally they gave him an answer and said he would have to pay $600 to have the alignment fixed. It all boils down to one simple thing that they could've been able to do there, but were in capable of. We refused that service and to pay over $600 for something they screwed up, so we took it to our trusty mechanic we've been going to for years Mervs. Not only did they fix it, but they fixed it within about 15 minutes for free, and we paid a small charge of like $80 to fix the alignment. I would never even take my enemies car to Sheehy for repairs, let alone free, recall work. There's a reason why they have so many bad reviews. I spoke to the manager on duty there, and I feel sorry for him, because he probably deals with fixing issues and putting out fires all day long from the incompetence that they hired there. Terrible!

Ater three full days (over the span of a month because they kept forgetting to order the part), three attempts and (allegedly) two mechanics, see the attached video for my "repaired" window where the tech "didn't detect any rattling." This place is an enormous JOKE from start to finish. IF you even make it through to the service desk, they're too busy to assist you and never call back when they say they will. I recommend you go literally anywhere else, I promise, it's not worth it to try here.Update: I guess you can't post videos but at least a photo attached. they didn't even bother to put things back together correctly. The paneling should sit nearly flush with the window and there is a 2-3 finger gap that was left on reinstallation. I am NOT a mechanic but there are three other doors to use as guides lol so if they can't even pretend to make it look nice again, I hate to see what is happening to your engines and computer components! The before picture sucks but I tried to capture both for context.

The people here are just rude. Went to this location to look for a brand new vehicle. These people are quite challenged when it comes to customer service or just overall basic human decency. When you normally drive into a dealership, most people greet you, right? Well these colorless clowns did not do anything like that, they ignored us at the entrance and when we walked through the door, they stared at us like they were missing a chromosome or two. Like seriously?? Do not spend a dime here.

Update: So I have to say Sheehy stepped up. The manager of the dealership called me, apologized, let me know that staff had been written up and offered compensation, which I accepted and felt was fair.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Meadows, Daniel Goggins, and Brain Wallenius at Sheehy Ford and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Michael was an excellent salesperson, answering all of my questions and making sure I found the perfect car for my needs. He kept in touch with me throughout my entire sales process. Daniel and Brain were also fantastic, handling the financing process with ease and ensuring that I received the best deal possible. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such amazing individuals. Their kindness and expertise made the car buying process a breeze, and I will definitely be returning to Sheehy Ford in the future. Thank you, Michael, Daniel, and Brain, for your exceptional customer service and for making my car buying experience a memorable one. Also special thanks for not including any markups on my special order like some of these other dealers around the area. You definitely have a repeat customer.

Sheehy service department was used to get better at services. My last visit was an unfortunate. They don't follow Quicklane coupons and simply do not provide alternative solution. All they care is customers who doesn't question, but pay high bills. That is the impression I got. Unfortunately.

This place is highway robbery! There is no point of a warranty. A warranty is a waste of money and they never really fix any problem. I have been there several time for the same issue. Then they keep your car forever and you are forced to get a rental car which you pay for! So you pay them overpriced for service, they take forever all while racking up on days that you must pay for , for a rental out of pocket. The manager of this location is smug and extremely unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! DRIVE FAR AWAY FAST!

They had awesome service, they were corporative and so helpful. Roy Messa did an amazing job ask for him. And the mangers were easy to deal with. Gonna come back and buy a car from them and I will always trust them.

Again I am told all these vip services have been performed, and they are not! These people are falsifying invoices and the reports of the work done. They claim to have performed a tire balance and rotation that includes checking air pressure. Less that 48 hours later I get a low tire pressure message. Not 1, 2, or 3 tires, but ALL were 5 points below the required PSI. I had to take time off work (again) to take care of it myself. I'll never go back!
