Called Paul about doing a soder repair on a small board for a IR key Fob for a Mercedes from the 90's that was no longer available. The key button soders had become broken off the board. Paul gave it a shot and was able to fix it. Really made my day I was able to re-sync the key and works great. Really neat shop with a good electronics tech, now a customer for life.

Noticed a bright spot on the display of my Samsung 65" TV. Plastic LED lenses were starting to come loose. Paul not only fixed the lenses, but his repair kit also replaced all LEDs. My TV is like new again and I am expecting another eight years from this reasonably priced repair. Also, the repair was completed within the week.Thanks PWS!

Superb customer service, reasonable price, personable interaction, and next day in home repair. PWS saved us over $1k by repairing instead of replacing our Sony Bravia 45 inch TV. The owner operator also helped us solve a problem with our streaming devices. Five Stars!
