Anthony V. Did his job as usual- excellent same with the mechanic J. G. Completed all the job by the end of the day and I usually stay but after 3 hours he provided me with transportation so I can wait relaxed at home and just come back later. Evelyn the cashier and Amy H. Are very helpful to help me find my dropped house keys on the rental car and let me look for it to be sure. That’s what teamwork and good customer service is.

I brought my 2012 Prius into Priority Toyota Springfield for a maintenance service and a VA safety inspection on 01/03/2024. I must mention that I’ve owned this vehicle for 11 years, and every single time I start up my car, I make note of any dashboard warning that may light up before I operate my vehicle, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Wednesday, 01/03/2024 was no different. Before leaving my home, I made note that there was no warning indicator of any kind other than the “maintenance required” message. When I arrived at the Priority service entrance, I again made note of the dashboard, and once again, the only message present was “maintenance required”, nothing else. Yet during the course of the safety inspection, the technician who worked on my vehicle miraculously managed to “find” the airbag warning light lit and offered to diagnose the “issue” for $165. I declined the offer, took my car home, and set upon my research to diagnose this newfound issue discovered by this technician who’s clearly a savant with unmatched skills of uncovering dashboard warning lights. With my trusty flashlight in hand, I started searching around the cabin of my car for anything of interest that may shed light on this “issue”. I started with the underside of the driver seat, lo and behold, it didn’t take long for me find what the “issue” was: the cable to the driver seat airbag was completely disconnected, and the icing on the cake, the technician even left one of his work gloves (paging Johnnie Cochran, paging Johnnie Cochran) on the cabin floor nearby. Every artist likes to leave their signature, so I guess this is no different. Surely, tampering with a safety restraint system on a motor vehicle is considered works of art, yes?I like this story. So much so that I’ll relay it to Priority Toyota Corporate, the BBB, the Fairfax County Consumers Affair office, and the Commonwealth’s AG’s Consumer Protection division.

I traded in my old car and purchased a new one on December 29, 2023. After wearing me down with a five hour wait, I signed electronically without seeing the actual documents. I was never offered the chance to review them. I was given them on a flash drive which I reviewed at home on December 30 and 31.They were NOT as described to me when signing. And the final purchase price was $3500 more than agreed to. The final price was not immediately clear because of the financing.I felt pressured to accept maintenance plans that I did not need. And to accept their financing rather than what was already approved, at a lower rate, by my bank.I called on January 1 and was told they would get back to me. On January 3, I was told that Lani would take care of it. I have called her more than once, left voicemails, and received no response.A Google review seems to be the only way to get through. Stupid me for not seeing through the bait and switch tactics. It is now January 9, and nothing from them.Beware. Do not buy from them.

I have been a customer of Priority Toyota for the past 8 years now. I have purchased a total of three cars from these guys. My latest car is a Sienna 2023 which was purchased Christmas Eve of 2022 with add on Remote start, entertainment Center and Leather seats. In this past year, I had to come to Priority to get the leather seats fixed because they were installed poorly and started to come out of the seam on the seats. I also had to return for remote Start which was fixed three times. They replaced the system once already and it’s giving me trouble again.I had to get my emission/inspection done and scheduled an appointment with them along with getting the remote start checked out. There was an accident on the highway therefore, I arrived 20 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. Upon Arriving I told my service advisor (John Self) the reason for being late. He told me it will be a couple of hours. I said okay, I will wait since I was late for the appointment I knew it will take longer the. Usual. The service advisor was so rude and unprofessional, he didn’t update me on the car at all. After spending two hours in their wait area I went to check on the car, he gave me a rude attitude and said it’s still with the technicians in the back. I was there with a toddler and a baby, finally after waiting another hour I went back and asked him how long it’ll be and I need my car back since I need to go pickup my kid from school. He gave me an attitude and said it’s being inspected. I asked again so How long will it take. he rolled his eyes and with a negative attitude he said 15 more minutes. I am so disappointed with priority , I have received such good customer service from them in the past. Now, their staff acts all bossy and ignorant. As soon as my service package ends from here, I will never return to Priority Toyota and will recommend my family and friends to never give them their business.

Wish i could give zero stars. I purchased 2017 Hyundai Santefe from here April 2021. Two months later the car started shutting off on me while driving and wouldn’t restart. This was very scary as i was on the highway. I had the car towed back yo them. They told me the alternator and battery were defective and i needed new ones. I payed 1931.94 for service and to have it replaced. I came to pick up the car soon as i get close to my house it shut off again and wouldn’t start. I called the service center they sent a tow truck. The next day they called me and told me my car just needed a censor. They would replace it for free. Yesterday my car wouldn’t start. I have tripple A i called them they did a test on my battery and said battery juice was at 9 %. Im like how is my battery dead the battery is only a year and a half old. I called their service cent at priority toyota they left me on hold 30 minutes and then hung up tried to call back no one answered. Not only did they misdiagnose my vehicle and have me pay for items i did not need but the items they replaced are failing a year and a half later.

My parents purchased a new car here last month and had concerns after the sale. Anthony Woods was beyond helpful and took all the necessary steps to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He was super accommodating and very responsive. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

The appointment went well- -it was the vehicle’s first appointment since it was purchased: 18-point inspection and tire rotation plus an outstanding recall issue with the drivers side airbag was resolved. The Lane Manager, Fabio, was very kind and generous to join me in a discussion about the recall issue, as it was the second recall in seven months.

I made an appointment trough the Toyota Tires web site for 4 new tires. When I arrived the service department looked like a bad day at the airport with long lines everywhere. I met with the service advisor and was told that no one ordered the tires I selected online. He said they could order the tires and I could come back the next day. I decided then to take my car to another dealer.

Brought our 2016 Camry for 60k mile check up last Oct.11 2023 and paid $634.54 for the service. The Automobile status report prepared by the mechanic and given to me by the advisor Mr. Nadir tells me that I need to replace the ball joints as it is leaking grease and require immediate attention. Cost to replace it will cost $935.25. Looking for a better price, I brought the car to another auto service. The mechanic checked the ball joint and took pictures of it showing to me that there is no leak and I don't need to replace the ball joint. If I let Priority did the work it would have cost me $935.25 for a part that does not need to be replaced. I do not know if this is a racket or what but I am not going back to toyota again . Lost my trust!!!

Jessica does a great job. She is always willing to listen and to suggest solutions. We have consulted on new tires and other service items recently for both our vehicles and she not only gave great advice but helped keep our short term and long term costs affordable. She was also able to fit us in to the shop schedule on very short notice which was extremely helpful.

Horrible experience at service both times I was there. Brought my car in for airbag and ball joint recalls, an alignment was not performed after the work was done. I had to bring the car back another day for the work to be completed. I then received my car back with a broken center console lid. I talked to Suzan immediately and she promised a call the next day. 3 days later with no call, I had to email the service manager and again did not receive a response for several days. Finally when I received a response. Suzan and Paul were extremely defensive and unhelpful with the situation, Suzan even going as far as to calling my vehicle “tattered” and “fairly well damaged”. Does it matter what condition my vehicle is when at the end of the day I leave it for an alignment with a functional console lid and receive the car back with it broken completely off of the hinges? This dealer clearly does not hold accountability for their mistakes, as simple or complex as they may be. I highly recommend to stay away or step cautiously if using them. My issue has yet to be resolved and the dealer has stopped responding to my emails/calls.*This is only in regard to the service department/higher up’s and their work, as I do not have experience with the sales or other departments*

Nightmare experience, took my Rav4 for a multipoint inspection and oil change. The overall from My service advisor was that the car was in excellent condition, however a right rear axle sealant needed to to be replaced. I got Quoted almost $1200 just for that, sealant costs $22 bucks btw. Of course I was worried and figured not to drive the car until I can get it fixed. I took my car back to my house after the dealer, parked it and left there and just used my wife’s car for my all driving needs. Today after 5 days, I go to my car as I was trying to go to my local shopping center for groceries and as soon as I start the car my dashboard looks like a CHRISTMAS TREE all sorts of lights came on. Check Engine, AWD and Trac Off. This is very concerning, as it feels these guys are making things to break so you are forced to go back and pay much more in repairs. Looks very unethical and shady Please put me in touch with the manager. My car had no lights on when it was taken to the dealership, and now looks like a Christmas tree.
