Stop searching.. I’d highly recommend this auto shop!!
The regulator in my driver side rear (backseat) window decided.. today was the day! I called 3 other shops before landing a solid.. “yes, we can get it done for you today! How soon can you get it here??”
Not only did they get it done the day of.. when others were 24–48 hours out, the service was phenomenal, the staff was very kind and communicative! And they made me feel right at home!

I highly recommend Premier Auto. I had a very complicated electrical issue with my car that even two dealerships could not figure out. Elizabeth and the techs that worked on my car figured out the issue quickly and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a complex issue that they were able to resolve. Elizabeth worked with my insurance company and kept me up to date as the work took a bit of time. This place is so knowledgeable and thorough with their work. I will absolutely use them again.

I was involved in a hit and run and Elizabeth fought tooth and nail against the other guy’s insurance to get my car fully restored.
My car looks like the collision never happened and shines brighter than I’ve ever seen it shine.

Elizabeth is super helpfull on the phone and the job was well done. Eric kept me well informed as the job was progressing (sent me photos and videos of the broken parts, and estimates). Super recommended!

I used Premier for the first time about a month ago. They helped discover that a previous auto shop had (shall we say) not completed services for which monetary compensation had already been remitted. Eric walked me through everything he had found and provided a recommended course of action. Elizabeth was very friendly and accommodated my scheduling needs. I will be definitely using Premier's services again soon.

this will be my first time visiting this car shop today and I met Elizabeth over the phone and we arrange a appointment for services. Her customer service is amazing, she is very polite and understands, listens and provides advice for customers. I haven't received service yet but their customer service is outstanding.
