This is my number pit stop in Northern VA unlike no other. The mechanics are officially ASE-certified and very skillful in what they do. I've never had any issues with this place. They also speak Spanish.

I have been taking me 2016 Porsche Macan S here since 2019. He does not over charge and with the caliber of work that he does, I would not blame him if he did. He is fair, honest, extremely humble and also very nice. I moved to Md two years ago and stopped coming because I thought it was too far and found a mechanic closer to my new home. What a huge mistake on my part. It's worth the drive because I feel safe and know that the work done is the absolute best. I will never take my car anywhere else and my husband is now bringing his two cars as well. PitStop Auto is a great place to have any work done!!

why when i called some foriegn lady answerd and didnt know what the hell i was talking about when i asked her about a lift kit for my truck so ok i waited until they closed to call back and see what the answering machine says and it said please enter ur remote accsess im like this thing is full oof shiiiiiii

Was sitting in a looong line at the local gas station, waiting to get my VA safety inspection done. I figured while I was waiting, I'd try calling this place to see if they did inspections and had availability to do my inspection today (it was 3 min. away). Wilbert picked up the phone and said they do inspections as long as you get there before 12. I told him I'd be there in less than 5! Sure enough, he started the inspection as soon as I got there and I was on the way home less than 20 min later. Wilbert was super nice and personable. Will definitely be back here!!

The most important thing for me in regards car's issues is honesty and they explained in detail my car issues and also explained the labor process to avoid any surprises. They were upfront about the cost and no hidden fees. They also were very flexible with the schedule.Finally, very important too, they know what they're doing, I like to double check things posting and reading car forums...

Not very much on the main but awesome set of mechanics. Wilmer took care of our problem in less than 4 mins and did an overall check of the vehicle for the journey. He even gave us tips which will help take care of small vechicle problems. Thumbs up guys !

Came in for state inspection, left with my driver's side automatic window button frozen/stuck.... Never had issues before, then magically after the inspection my button is stuck/frozen, I wonder if the inspector was going back and forth on it all crazy like, it's way too coincidental that it worked smoothly/flawlessly all of these years and the moment after the inspection my button was stuck/frozen.

I've gone here several times. They are honest and do a thorough job. The owner always take the time to explain to me what they did to fix things and how I can tell for myself when something needs fixing. They even cleaned the inside of my car... which was a mess. Great service.
