I have been to both Fair Oaks & Springfield location and have fallen in love with the dresses that I purchased from both stores! I must say Springfield's store manager Elizabeth was very kind and helpful from the moment we walked in the attention was there. She helped find the perfect dress for my daughter and had patience with us since we were calling family for input but never tried to force or up sell. We will definitely be frequent customers now ?.

Not recommended at all, the owner is a syco, she will disrespect you and even make the decision that don’t want sell you because she does not like you. One simple word if you want to not miss with your mental health even for a month do not enter. We brought the cloths to the counter after trying it for half an hour she said it is not for sale. She does not worth problems.

The employees and owner are very polite and well knowledged in the Merchandise the clothing is beautiful and obviously very well made. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this beautiful boutique.

Elizabeth was really helpful and friendly. The dresses are high-quality and worth the money. Last time iveth was also really nice. Best place to buy.

Not sure why my review was deleted, but this company, their staff, and the owner are very rude and unprofessional. My mom and I felt extremely uncomfortable once we stepped in. I really should've left the moment I felt the bad vibe.They accused me of stealing saying they had me on video. I really wanted them to call security so they could look ridiculous. My little sister brought my 8 mo old baby a hat to try on and I didn't realize she had it on as we were leaving because a big white lady was staring at us. As we entered there was no greetings, just pure stares and following us around the store. As I was leaving, big white lady yells "EXCUSE ME MA'AM THE HAT!!!" she proceeded to touch my infant daughter and snatched the hat out her hands. I should've defended her by slapping her hand away, but these people are dangerous to deal with, so I just left. I'm still appalled by the experience when I walk by this store.The owner is very defensive, rude, unprofessional, and easy to trigger (check her replies to each review, including this one). When my mother wrote a review on my behalf, she accused us of stealing once again. She has received many 1 star reviews that she has managed to take take down and she has got friends and family to cover for her and write 5 star reviews on her behalf for her benefit. Her store had 3.2 stars before this incident happened and she was able to bring it back to 4.5 thanks to her connections. So not only is she rude and unprofessional, she also covers her mess instead of improving her miserable and uncalled for behavior. I hope you don't start punching the air while reading this and take down my review again. Bad business always comes to light.

Beautiful outfits. Was recently in the store and got 2 dresses ? for our friends kid. Perfect fit and unique design. Awesome pricing as well. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Only downside was after getting home. While trying the dresses on, we saw the price tag of all 3 dresses that the kid fitted at $149.**, so we decided to get two. We checked out and was told one of the dresses was $179.** and not $149.**. So still a good deal. We just thought maybe we didn't see it correctly so i go and check the tag… indeed it says 179 and the other 149. So we pay and goHome. When we get home, i checked the tag again, only to see that a second tag was placed on top of a first one which had a 149.** tag. The mark up isn't bad, since the dress may have been priced wrong but please inform your clients that it is the case. The dresses just came in that day and was just hang up so we gave the employees the benifit of the doubt.

How is this place even in business? Rude customer service and even the replies here are rude. I would shop elsewhere and give this place another year before a fire sale.

Customer service here is horrible. The lady who is 50ish there might have some metal problems. I was with a friend trying to get some jacket for my son and as we walked in, there’s no greeting, no smile and only the silence, which is kind of weird bc we were the only customers there and she saw us definitely. I asked her about a hat and suddenly she shouted at us asking us to leave and cursing at us with some nasty words. I was totally shocked bc I can’t believe this is a store for kids and how she acts in front of kids. I have never seen a sale act like this for my entire life so I was extremely shocked and don’t understand how can they have her working here. Be careful of this place.

I paid more then $180 dollars for this beautiful dress but my daughter used it for her birthday for like 20 minutes but I found out the dress was ripped at the bottom so I went to the store and told the lady what happened but she gave me a face and a attitude and said “go somewhere so they can fix it” i was really disappointed I was hoping she could help me
