“I would like to give 5 stars for Giant pharmacy specifically for their front desk helper, Sohaila. Every time I go to pick up my medications, I watch how she tries to help everyone and provide the best and quick service to the clients. She is sweet and friendly and always tries to help. The pharmacists are helpfulas well, in particular one of them, which unfortunately I don't have her name.”

I personally drive an extra 30 minutes just to use this specific CVS location because it has the kindest customer service, and I actually get to speak to a human being. I'm used to feeling frustrated at other CVS locations and being put on hold, but this location is actually kind and helpful. Thanks for always helping! A cozy and kind location. My favorite CVS.”

“Here for a quick medication pickup. First time here since the new building opened. First impression is she is beautiful!(Yep. She is a Lady) She is sleek, light and bright with lots of natural greenery around her. Again, I saw outside space with seating for relaxing in the sun and taking a quick break( That good vitamin D Ba-be!) which seems to be a theme with the 2 new buildings I have seen. Hint: there was no one in the pharmacy line ahead of me at 4:30. In and out. They are tearing down the old building next door for parking. Peep this. They have golf carts(I saw 2) in service to pick People up and transport them to the building. Cool beans!!!! I did not partake because I need all the steps and then some. But I digress . . I got a few pics but I will be back. Kaiser I like”
“This is a very busy pharmacy but I have had nothing but good experiences here compared to another chain that was horrible and wouldn’t even answer the phone. They were great at helping me get my prescriptions transferred. I’ve had help getting hard to find medications, explaining my options and I rarely have to wait more than a day to get the usual meds filled. I really feel for the employees because they are trying their best with the usual customers yelling at them due to insurance issues that have nothing to do with the pharmacist. They could use more help but that is the current state of all pharmacies. I’m happy I made the switch and won’t go anywhere else.”

“I've never had a 'great' experience with a CVS until now. A mix-up with a prescription (from the doctor's end) left us without a life-saving medication for our 3-month-old after getting discharged from the hospital and right before the pharmacy was closing. Selma and Paul (and one other woman who left before I could get her name) stayed late to help get it sorted out while I was on the phone with our doctor. After a terrible week with an ill baby, their patience and professionalism was incredible and I can't thank them enough for being flexible and helpful in a moment of panic for my family.”
