She is compassionate, wicked smart, and kind. Her staff is also excellent — everyone greets my precious dog, addressing her by her name and giving her tons of affection. I can’t recommend this vet hospital enough!

7950 Woodruff Ct #1, SpringfieldWe've been taking our animals here for a number of years and always get great service. It is a great alternative medicine place for your animal. We do acupuncture for our dog every couple of months to help keep her loose and moving well.
All of the vets and staff are very friendly, very professional and always ready to help. But keep in mind appointments do stack up so if you need to get your pet in there, make sure you call ahead.

They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.

6651-F Backlick Rd, SpringfieldThe 5 stars go out to Brittany! She was amazing during my appointment. From start to finish, she was professional and amazing. She was patient with my very nervous pitty. She listened to my concerns about my girl and accommodated me. She didn't judge my dog because she had a bite history. At the end- she gave her treats and got a little tail wag! That is a FIRST for my furbaby!! They do warn you about the reception area being VERY small so be careful. It's kind of easy to get lost with three different doors- but they guide you. It was my first time there. The Veterinary assistants do ALL THE WORK( for what they charge- they better be getting good pay). Brittany came in and triage my girl. She gathered all her samples and went back to read all the samples. Saw the doctor for about 1 minute. No exam. Just a visual. Nice though. Then Brittany came back in with discharge paperwork. We opted a allergy test- so Brittany again came in a drew blood. She told me that the results will come in about 10 days and that an LVT will be calling me. VAs and LVTs are the rockstars in this department. I can't give the vet any stars because I didnt even deal with him. The downfall is they do not accept Care Credit. That is a BIG help to people that need that extra help with financing and budgeting.

8101 Alban Rd, SpringfieldToday, we visited Olde Towne Pet Resort for a doggie swim session. It was our dog Koda's first experience with a pool. Mark, who assisted us, was exceptional in handling Koda. His primary goal was to ensure Koda's initial interaction with the water was enjoyable and stress-free, and he succeeded admirably. Mark maintained a playful atmosphere while being mindful of Koda's comfort levels. During the session, Koda made significant progress, taking several independent steps into the water as Mark encouraged him with pool toys. Mark's approach included rewarding Koda for his bravery, which greatly contributed to the positive experience. We were thoroughly impressed and plan to return for more sessions. I do social media marketing and blog for a living, so of course I had to make a video .

5224 Port Royal Rd, SpringfieldGreat Oktoberfest. Good selection of beer. Their bratwurst is one of the best I've had in a long time. I'm not sure if that's part of their permanent menu, I was only here for the Oktoberfest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. My only feedback would be more seating. I grabbed a seat 15 minutes after they started and every table was full. Or, if you're reading this get here right at start time. I'll definitely be coming back - special event or not.
