  We've been going to Pat's tax service for years and have never been unhappy. Her son Sam is taking over and he is incredibly efficient and just as good as Pat ever was. We were so relieved when we finished our taxes this year. Their prices are better than anyone else And they are incredibly careful when doing returns. We were in and out very quickly were thrilled with the results. We will be coming back every year.

  What can I say... Pat is wonderful. I was referred to her by a family member but she was also highly recommended on my Nextdoor site. There are a couple of businesses being run out of this little space but I came here for the taxes so a taxes review it will be. Don't let the mess fool ya, she knows her stuff inside & out! Pat will do them for you while you wait or you can drop them off and pick them up later. She has been doing taxes for years and is a former government employee so she knows her way around all the current rules and regs. She will do what is in the best interest for you to give you the best possible return. Her prices are also very fair! She is a no BS kinda gal & has a wicked sense of humor, be prepared. Thanks, Pat, you ROCK!!!

  In May of this year I had my taxes done by this company. Although the the guy who did my taxes claimed to have sent both my 2018 and 2019 tax returns into the IRS ; I called them personally and found out that my returns were rejected due to improper filing. This establishment did not contact at any time to notify me of the rejection. It had been months since the rejection and they did nothing to let me know. In addition to finding out that my taxes weren't filed; when asked if they would send me my returns back they lost my 2018 return and claimed that hadn't filed through them. I had to struggle to calmly explain to them that the IRS had informed me that they did in fact send my returns in, they were just rejected. so clearly catching the owner in a blatant lie causes me to ultimately write this review.   Pat and family are the best in the business. I’ve been coming to Pat for the last 4 or 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else. If you want the maximum return possible, come to Pats. She’s personable and sharp-witted. Love you Pat!

  Love Pat..we've been clients for 17 yrs. My Mom also started using her about five years ago. Sometimes there is a little wait because Pat cannot say “No”. But it's worth it for the time, knowledge and effort she puts into every Tax Return. I love seeing her smiling face...

  Your appointment likely will not be on time. Sam (the son) likely won't get a 5-star customer service rating. The office, yes, is a mess. However, Pat is the BEST tax accountant in the area. You would be lucky to get an appointment with her. My parents and I have been going to her for many years and will continue to go to her as long as she is in business.

  Ms Pat is very caring woman. I have been going to her since I started working in here. She is reasonable in her pricing anc she tries her best to get you the maximum refund.

  Have being going to Pat for years and i know she has had a few health issues but sometime it difficult to connect with he but recently it being very off putting. Sam who is the other tax person is very rude and arrogant on the phone and seems not to care. The person who picks up the phone is just a body who answers but the messages just go out into space some where never to return.

  Ms.Pat is so amazing. She made you feel welcome whenever you come to her tax office. She help me to amended my 1040X, she gave me a really good price and she really care about her client. I think another tax preparer will never do that. Thank you Ms.Pat. Definitely recommended tax office in northern Virginia.

  We saw Pat for many years, mainly because we liked her so much as a person. She has a wealth of tax knowledge, but her office is always a colossal mess and she would sometimes forget to file our taxes, even after we'd sat with her for an hour (or two) to review the details. The last straw was when she made a $4,000.00 mistake which came back to haunt us three years later. We asked her to advise us on it and she stopped taking our calls. Recently, we got a letter from the IRS and she made yet ANOTHER mistake to the tune of $3,800.00. Two different years, two major mistakes. Upon researching this, I discovered these were simple tax items about which she was well-informed. She has way too much on her plate, and her son Sam doesn't ever seem as though he gives a damn. We were sad when we had to let her go, but she has lost her focus. Note to self: find someone who is organized and on the ball! :)
